for one thing, what is the plot? 3 issues and i have no idea whats going on. all i know is this story is supposed to connect with the film in some way. big whoop.

the two cats have no distinguishing personality and even no personality between them.

and big villain from 2nd issue is the same verbose super-intelligent stock character that the writer thinks is scary. im always reminded of how the writers characterized clayman and clog from the Neverhood: we have the hero, clayman, who is funny; and we have clog, the villain, who is super funny.

stock bad guy in this story is neither scary nor funny. he's just there, filling up walls of text.

And the art style clashes so hard against FiM's artstyle, even taking in consideration how peculiar is Andy's drawing style.

Plus, having anthro cats appearing on FiM out from nowhere after 7 years of having seen how cats only exist as pets is a pill too hard to swallow.
