Considering that Capper is Rarity's love interest, it would make sense for him to appear.

Uzo Aduba has been in Steven Universe and Star Vs, so she seems like the only one I could potentially see being on the show proper. But a lot depends on if the show acknolwedges the movie or tries to remain self-contained. I would normally assume the latter, but the Guardians of Harmony series rumors make me think it's slightly possible. Very unlikely, though. Most of them would get re-cast if they appeared in show.

I could see the hypogryphs coming back. There VA's hopefully wouldn't be to expensive to have in a episode or two. I highly doubt we'll hear Schreiber or Blunt in an episode. I'm not familiar with Diggs or Saldana so I don't know how willing they would be to do regular voice acting and recording. Honestly there's a slim chance of any of them returning in the main show since they'd most likely be agreeing to do more work for less pay. Alot of the tv series based off animated movies have a hard time keeping the original VA's from the movie because of that.

mostly because they are all Holywood actors and they have an ambition to raise in the movie industry and become more famous. They aren't your typical VAs from the neighborhood next door like mane6 cast who are mostly literal who's for movie industry and they also aren't retired washed ups like De Lancie who will get any role at this point.

The only people i can see getting a reccuring role would be Shatner and actor who played Quibble pants. Wierd Al is too busy doing his concerts and stand ups and many other appearances in other shows.
