I guess you remove articles of clothing when directly targeted by monsters?
Maybe discard one piece of clothing in damage increments of 5; so 20 is fully clothed, 15 you lose the top, 10 goes the bottoms 5 goes anything that isn't underwear and 0 you lose the match, your dignity, and your pantsu. This also means that if you bring your hit points up you can get back the related article of clothing, so rev up those direct damage reds or trample decks for a quick nude or go for those heals and life steal for that intense, tantalizing match of strip MtG /end autism
If you go below zero and into a negative hit point overkill you get to >rape
