Good eye, I missed that. I want to say it's right before RR, as My Past Is Not Today gave me the impression that she got her new stylings just after it, but she seems a little too upbeat for pre-RR Sunset. So, I'll say this is just after RR, and getting her outfit soaked in paint lead to her getting her new outfit.
