All of those have been real character flaws that have gotten in her way before. There's been more than one episode where her devotion to completing tasks has actually prevented her from reaching her goals.

And that's when her honesty is even a thing. For the most part, she hasn't been any less prone to lying or deception than the rest of the Mane Six. She's only really been particularly truthful when the show is trying to remind you that she's the Element of Honesty, and even then you sometimes get "tell them at breakfast" shenanigans.
