Actually, looking at her again, I think I realized what the G3 palette was going for. It's a sliding prismatic color spectrum, from front to back fading yellow, orange, red, purple, blue. They didn't quite pull it off, but when the G4 model got made, they missed that original intent and fucked up the color sequence, and made her look like even more of a mess.
