Post yfw the treebrary was destroyed.

Why did you have to remind me of that?

Anyone got the faust image with the caption along the lines of 'I would feel pain if I weren't dead inside'?
I think that's relevant here.

im honestly curious how much of the reaction is just memes. i didnt care much beyond the plot point of twilight losing something she held dear to drive her attack.

Same. I didn't feel that much attachment to Golden Oaks itself

>''They are going to restore it at the end of the episode.''

I was kinda sad.
I mean, almost everything came Up on that library, It was kinda sad.
I actually wanted to see everypony helping the mane6 to rebuild that library. that could have been a beautiful scene.
Just imagine a scene were the mane6 have a difficult time rebuilding It and every Background/supposed pony start one by one to help them until they came Up with a even better Library.
But Hasbro needed a castle.
Just a reminder that if you defend Twilicorn you're just as much responsable for Golden Oaks being destroyed as the Hasbro executive that demanded it.
They would have learned to back off if you had standards.

I liked the destruction
Hated what replaced it though

I'm still unironically mad that they did that. The treebrary was comfy as fuck. The Everfree castle would have been comfy too, or at least interesting. But instead they stuck her in the soulless crystal playset.
