Raw US.
Raw AU is good only for S1 because it has more saturated colors while the US ones look washed out.
The scootaloo (and zr) ones have tinkered with the colors in a way I don't like, plus they're re-encoded, and since x264 is a lossy codec, they are worse by definition. If they're done well you shouldn't notice it, but I don't know what they did and I don't trust something being better just because it has "remastered" in its name.
It's ultimately up to you. Download both, take a screenshot with your player and compare them. I personally have downloaded the US raws, then re-encoded them my way, plus resynced and added the audio dubbing in my language to them.
