I never talk about this anywhere any more since people jump on me immediately, but I'm still mad about Alicorn Twilight. Like I say I'm over it, but I never really got over it. I honestly sorta wish the show HAD ended with Season 3. Don't get me wrong I've enjoyed quite a bit of the show post season 3, but fucking Twilight man... she was by FAR my favorite in Seasons 1-3... now she's basically a 100% completely different character. Twilight is the main reason I fell in the love with the show and with her but then they just stripped her of all of the personality traits that made her such a great,
relatable character; the only character traits she still shares with OG Twilight are her annoying shitty ones, like being really complusive when the plot calls for it.

Man I used to fantasize so much about Twilight. I would draw Twilight the most out of all the characters. I own the unicorn Twilight 4DE plushie and it was my favorite. (I have the PTS 4DE Plushie as well... but I've never even opened the box it came in. It's like I don't want to even look at it).

I know I'm sounding like a turbo autist right now but it's true... when Twilight became an Alicorn was when the show lost its innocense.

IMO Only Applejack has still retained a little bit of that feeling of the "old" FiM for me. But even she's not the same.

I can't say I agree about how the show has changed to the extent that you do, but it certainly has a different feel now then it did before. It feels less like a "kids show" now I guess. I personally don't mind it, but I can understand how it may bother someone who has been on the ride longer than I have.
