I wonder which came first? Much like the Angel Bunny episode that was written dependent on Fluttershy Leans In, I assume the LoM books despite being published first are actually dependent on these because they are merely readings of Starswirl's fanfics instead of the original lore known by the characters.

She was put in as a test thing, and there's been 2 seasons for them to test the water; surely they must have seen by now that's just not working out or well liked in the show. She's basically on par with Rodimus prime. Plus, most importantly, she's not selling like RD, Twilight or pinkie are (or even anyone not named applejack for that matter)

Hopefully for S8 the writers will tactfully have her graduate (like she should have in the premier) and move back to her town, like how cadence and shining armor moved to their empire in the north.

Am I the only one legitimately bothered by the fact that the season will still be airing around the movie premiere, and there will be a few episodes that will be overshadowed by the movie?

It happened with Not Asking for Trouble, no one gave a fuck about it because that weekend everyone was talking about the Glimmer episode. It'll be even worse with the movie. Not to mention that many people will simply leave the board to avoid spoilers of the movie. Show discussion will be nonexistent. I mean, of course we all will watch the show by ourselves and shit, show discussion isn't the only reason to watch the episodes, but it sucks to think that a few episodes that probably will be much better than the average season 6 episode will be completely ignored.
