Here is how i got into the show:
I was 11 when season 1 started. My sister who was 9 at the time and watched the show constantly. I was bored and floped on the couch. It was a way to fill my time but i was too embaresed at the time to watch it so i had to wait for my sister to watch it. She stoped watching a year later and so i stoped. A year or two later i was alowed on youtube and found a 'dirty' minecraft building chalenge. One of the chalenges was called 'clop clop', one googlesearch later i found out that likeing mlp was not a taboo thing.

/co/. I've been following this from the start.
I've yet to see a full episode.

After watching the entire first season in one sitting and reading that the series had a second season coming out, I started looking for places to talk about it. Ended up going to ponychan and the single insanely fast moving /co/ thread. Stuck around ponychan after the full ban and moved to /mlp/ the day it opened.

I think I watched a mirror upload on YouTube around 2013-14. Got hooked then caught up to the latest season then and began trying to catch up on the seemingly bottomless ask blogs on /tumblr/(idk how I got there though), luckily I wasn't exposed to more autistic degeneracy. Eventually I dropped the show and when the ask threads I followed died, I came here because at the same time I found greentext screencaps from /b/, /mlp/ and /v/. I think my first thread I lurked on the board was the Crackpone thread, that greentext has a special place in my heart.

I'm fairly new to it all. About a year or two ago I just popped in out of curiosity. Lurked a few threads and was actually impressed at the quantity and quality of a lot of fanfics. The art was nice, fanfics were fun and this board pumps out more quality OC than any of the others. Started watching the show soon after but I'm still not fully caught up. I'm sad to have missed the old days but I still love the ride.

i was a /b/rony up until the banhammers started flying for ponies. i migrated to ponychan it was a lot less autistic back then, a lot of /b/ronies and /co/mrades were there until this board was created. once that happened i moved here. been here ever since.

I found out about MLP on a Russian board in the beginning of June 2011. Until 2013 I was a filthy post soviet 3rd world pleb not being able to communicate with civilized world because of bad English. But thanks to the show and greens on /mlp/ I've mastered it on a decent level and stayed here.

Back in 2012 I was an avid TF2 player, and one day I was browsing YouTube for Gaben memes. Eventually, I came across a video where Ghost from TCR reacted to Gaben becoming a Brony. This was my first exposure to TCR, and to Ponies. Later I would research the history of the "brony fandom", eventually discovering 4chan and /mlp/ in late 2013.

I was searching for fan content of XCOM once upon a time, and somehow that led me to an XCOM-MLP crossover on fimfic. Stardust, I believe it was called.
I was expecting some meme shit about ponies getting eaten by Chryssalids, but instead the fic was actually fucking incredible.
After a little fic-reading spree, I got around to watching the show proper.
Much better than I was expecting.
Then, the drama surrounding the American elections attracted my bitch ass to 4chan, and I found /mlp/ through a bit of random browsing.
It was love at first sight.
Lurked the shit out of this place ever since, only recently started posting.

Really wish I found this place earlier, though.
This place's formation from the sheer autistic outpouring of /co/ sounded like some fucking incredible, Birth of Slaanesh-tier shit.
