There will be many books related to the movie, some of them are just loosely inspired by it, but one of the books is the novelization. It will have the same plot, and it will be released before the movie. It happened with LoE, and one may expect that they were more careful this time, but they seem to be determined to boycott the movie.
Anyway, it's not really that bad. One of the good things about the movie is that we'll finally see the ponies on the big screen, and I'm really looking forward to that, I don't care if I already know the story by then. And there's also the music, which can't be "spoiled" by a book (>inb4 they release the soundtrack before the movie, like they've been doing with EqG).

In Spain it's almost impossible to watch movies in English, so I guess I'll have to watch the dubbed version. The television dub isn't too bad, but I'm worried because sometimes they use local "celebrities" to dub movies, and sometimes those celebrities are complete morons. For example, these two retards dubbed the last Doraemon movie, they aren't even actors, and they are terrible.
I'd feel more at ease if I knew that the movie will have a proper dub, but the local distributor hasn't said anything about the movie so far. I still wish I could watch the movie in English.

No, everything is dubbed locally. A few old movies (I can only remember very old cartoon movies like Dumbo, Bambi, or The Jungle Book) were never dubbed here, and they use the Latin American dub for the DVD releases and on TV, but everything else is dubbed here.
The difference between European and American Spanish isn't really that big, everyone here can understand perfectly a Latin American dub. But after hearing nothing but local dubs since forever, most Spaniards usually think that American dubs sound "too weird".
I have no idea if they ever get European dubs in America.
