I was also told that no one actually plays text adventures anymore so there's really no need to run it as one. I also agree. Characters who actually have a conversation instead of generalizing what they say means more attachment to the characters and builds them better. So, starting next session I'm harboring the idea of actually running this like a proper quest with character dialogue and forgoing all the glitchy, creepy crap so we can focus on the lewd.
