No. Only Zephyr and Soarin qualify because they are established to Dash character.

Zephyr is Fluttershy's brother and already crush on Dash which fulfill the 50% of a ship requriement for canonisation just like Sparity.

Soarin is her partner as a Wonderbolt and thus have a lot of occasions to develop. They already did some in the comics.
