Maud and Limestone are objectively the two best pie sisters.

Pinkie Pie is just annoying and realistically she would get on your nerves really fucking quick, life isn't a cartoon and she has one of the most cartoonistic personalities in the show. Try imagining a bitch like that in real life, they wouldn't even survive school let alone the real world.
Marble Pie is just Fluttershy with even less of a personality. Everything that makers Fluttershy timid and shy is what Marble is, except she has no redeeming traits of being an animal care giver, loving and kind, or even a death glare polar opposite side.

Maud is the weirdest, but she's also the smartest, so she probably wouldn't fall for or settle for anon. Pinkie would settle down easy for a friend, but roping her would be a struggle for most anons. Pinkie would be fun to date but you'd have to be a super high energy person to keep up with her and she spends a lot of time organizing events for other people, so there isn't going to be a lot of private time.
Maud has the opposite problem, she lives away from other people and her job is solo and on her terms, which means you could pretty much spend all day with her, but she really doesn't like being around others so other than seeing family or close friends now and again you're not really going to get her to go out. You could drag her to a concert or event but unless it's rock based she's not really going to enjoy it.
Limestone and Marble would be like dating Applejack. A lot of hard work and living with family members. There are upsides and downsides to it but basically it's the kind of environment that encourages companionate love, which is probably why farmers have a relatively low divorce rate.

To be fair, this is how Pie sister threads usually go, in my experience.
Limestone is a very polarizing character and her devotees are very devoted indeed, much more so than Pinkiefags (who may or may not even show up, depending on whether they have a general going) or the closet Flutterfags who like Marble.
Limey ends up getting some flak, but the intensity of her fans' love balances it out.
