I drag them from the browser to the desktop, then from the desktop to respective sorted folders.
I have around 10,000 unsorted images in the downloads folder so I try to mitigate that this way.
Sometimes I'll open images in new tabs (so I don't add to the downloads folder) but end up restarting the whole browser when I reach 100 tabs, the desktop is a safe space for them.

Those zips are from mega downloads and need to be deleted, and some of the shortcuts actually matter.

All those Twilight dakis are from me up-scaling them to iuncreasingly larger sizes using waifu2x and then Gimp.
They were on the desktop because of waifu2x but stay there to remind me to get a daki.

As long as I can look at Twiggles I'm happy.

It's your desktop man, I just don't know how you can live like that. My reaction images folder is just a huge mass of random images. I just know roughly where they all are and I often find a better one while going through it.
