Trust me Anon I know that feel. My mom was not nice at all. She was so aggressive I lost count of how many times she would hit me for something stupid or just degrade me to the point even I thought I was, stupid, lazy, useless, and wouldn't be worth anything. She cried. She said she didn't do wrong. She said she WAS a good mother. But my sisters and anyone who really knew her said otherwise. She stayed delusional though. Then I got a call from her begging for me and my sisters to see her in the hospital. When I showed up before anyone else she said she was dieing. At hearing that I was somewhat sad. But then she looks me dead in the eyes and says "I don't know why you and your sisters hate me even though I did everything for you. But I thought you'd want a chance to apologise." I lost it. I yelled at her. I told her why we hated her, how she fucked us up, how she degraded us, and worst of all how she had the guts to sit there and lie about what she did. The last thing I ever said to her was "I hope to whatever god that exist you can get a preacher and admit your sins before you die. Because I can guarantee you're going to hell!" Before i stormed out of the room. The nurses said I had to leave as soon as I got to the door. I don't regret it.
