Why are even mane6 together? They don't have elements of harmony so they may as well have Fluttershy stay or have Trixie and Starlight come along with them.

The most logic thing to do would be just having Twilight and Dash split and travel to Dragon and Gryphon lands for help while Fluttershy would go find Discord to wipe the entire army.

Why is Hasbro doing this pointless adventure that will never be brought back in the series?

The mane6 are still an incredible team (from an in-universe perspective) in their own right, element or not. Remember Dragonshy or Crystal Empire. The elements certainly help, but the mane6 don't need them to overcome great adversity.

Entire mane6 beside Twilight is useless as always. Its like in Equestria Girls where only Scilight and Sunset do something while rest of mane6 just make one liners (usually referering to their one dimesnional characters like Rarity talking about fashion and starting sentences with "Darling") or they just create dialogues for exposition. I DARE the movie to have some actual mini qests for mane6 like Dash needing to sneak somewhere by herself or Fluttershy needing to call animals for help. I bet nothing relevant will happen that could develop them. Its not in Vogel or Mccarthy style to do it.

This adventure doesn't need pacifist Fluttershy and meme Pinkie Pie. Only Alicorns and Unicorns and powerfull fliers should go. They only follow this pattern and let strong ponies like Glimmer or Discord stay irrelevant because mane6 are main characters and on the poster.

Entire mane6 beside Dash and Twilight, you mean. For some reason the trailer puts a lot of focus on Dash. Dash does a sonic rainboom, Dash crosses swords with Celaeno, Dash pushes the balloon, and in the scene discussed Dash and Twilight are the ones trying to stop the wheel.
