It could be a good enough argument if it wasn't for the fact that no one in universe cares about her flaws, and now her flaws are even considered good. If the map itself 'thinks' that her flaws aren't flaws but assets, she has effectively no flaws.

Except that with the mane 6 the flaws/assets are balanced. Every time the map calls them, there are (at least) two ponies, and they complement each other. Most map episodes follow the same format, both ponies try their own way to solve the problem, it doesn't work, and they ending up working together, solving the problem using the best of both worlds. In A Royal Problem, Glimmer solves everything by herself, she needs no one else, and the only pony around, Twilight, not only doesn't help her, she's actually an inconvenience. Glimmer is different to any other pony, she is literally flawless in universe, and this episode confirmed it.

Btw, compare this episode to Top Bolt, an episode where each pony has her own flaws to overcome, and where the idea of both ponies working together to solve the friendship problem was amazingly well done. I seriously can't believe that it was written by the same people.
