She's too understanding for something like that. She knows what it's like to be too nervous or to engrossed in something to go make friends, so she wouldn't put Sunburst on the spot like that. She'd probably ask if she could borrow it, or come over and read it.

Starlight can be really rude, but not in a self-centered sense like this. She just really, really lacks tact.
