In all honesty, it's very likely the universe was created by some higher power. Certainly not Yahweh or Allah, though. Abrahamic books (and most other world religions for that matter) have way too many contradictions. In other words, there is a chance, small, but technically feasible, the universe was created by ponies. Could be an alicorn, Twilight's experimental simulation, whatever, but Equestria could be real.
