Yeah, there nothing worse than self contained movie that act as bottle episode and will never be mentioned in the story.

I prefer if they made the movie as a part of the new season, like Nefcy did with Star Vs Forces of Evil. This way, anything in the movie is relevant to the rest of the story. It's not just some autism made by Vogel and approved by McCarthy to promote more toys. It is called "storytelling".
