I like "No Second Prances", I really think is one of the best episode in the while show.

But sometimes it looks like they are the same fucking character, especially when something magical happens to Starlight, like in "bottled -up", we never seen anything like "feels magic" or whatever is called but then bam, Starlight is the only pony that has that, then in "Royal Problems" she is the not only the first time the map call just 1 pony but also the first time it call someone besides the mane-6, even before Discord wich was kind of foreshadowed in the end of "Twilight Kingdom".

There is other stuff, like how often she get paired with other really popular characters among the fandom, personally this is the thing that it actually bothers me about her:

Trixie
The 2 last seasons already had more episodes that revolve around Trixie than in all the previous season combine, and look all of them involve Starlight too.

Maud
Starlight is now Maud BFF

Discord
Discord wanted Starlight to be send to his Home-dimension so they could hang out all the time.

Luna
From all the Adult ponies she is the only one that we have ever seen to have a Luna´s dream visit.

Sunset Shimmer
Starlight is the only pony besides Twilight that become BFF with Sunset, also Starlight is the only other pony that travels to the human world,

Celestia and Luna relationship
While this is not a character, this is something that the fandom was waiting to see for a really long time and it wa Starlight form all chracter the one they used to show us that.

I could count Thorax or Sunburst too, but i really don´t think they are as popular has anypony i already mentioned.

In the lapse of only two season she already has really "special relationships" with such really popular characters among the fandom, and i really think this part of her is really forced and why i agree they (DHX or whatever has creative control over the show) is actually shoving it down put throats that WE MUST LOVE STARLIGHT.

Lots of bronies say that there is a mane-7 now, but then where are the episodes that develope Starlight realtionships with the rest of the mane-6?, i don´t think "Every little thing she does" can count, because by that logic, Discord should be part of the mane-6 from quite a while, also she lacks episode where she has conflict with someother mane-6 pony or that where she a support character for that other mane-6 pony, i guess i should say that there is "Rock Solid frienship" but she is not there to give support to Pinkie Pie, she just there to teach the moral to Pinkie, pretty much like Apple Jack was to Rarity in "Sisterhoof social".
