I have Sennheiser HD 558. Everyone who i gave them to commented on how incredibly comfy they are. 10/10 and a really good sound. They are open though, and that can be bad for recording process but apart from that i rate them 8/10 and 10/10 for comfort.

Not a question, but i just wanted to say thanks for these. I legitimately felt comfy and happy after listening to these, and I can't tell you how much I'm glad I can say that. I suffer from anxiety, and it helps me feel truly calm, especially after stressful days at work.

I've listened to it three times already, it's so good.

It's been a year since the last one, I thought part 2 was for sure canceled. I've listened to the first so much that I memorized the script.
This was even more amazing. The voice acting captures her personality perfectly. Sound is more crisp and clear. Script is charming and adorable. And the atmosphere is wonderful, you can hear everything from thr crickets, water, fire, and even the hoofprints
This is an incredible and relaxing experience.

While not true, the perk does put a lot of strain on the VA anyway (as Anoridan said, whole bunch of extra lines). This is a large problem with coming up with the perk rewards - any relevant ones put a strain on people already overburdened at the launch time (sound crew, VA), and not on the lazy writers who could easily work then.

Listened last night, holy shit.
The voice acting is really clean compared to last time (not that I had many problems with the last one, but this one pretty much has no flaws that I could hear). Though I didn't like the song as much
Mixing aswell is real nice, though again Id like to hear Flutts more, I can hear trees and rivers pretty much any time I like. That being said, it was super fucking comfy.
10/10 Good work, I appreciate the time and work you've all put into this.

An idea I've had (far too late to make any influence I'm sure) that I think would be cool, bear with me here,
sorry if anyone has suggested something similar before
Make an intro file, like the ones you have created already (probably about an hour),
Make an ambience loop, say about 30 mins or so
Then also make a morning/wake up track, of about 30 mins or so. (for example have more birds singing, eventually have Fs wake up and maybe walk around and make some noise, then by the end of the track have her come over and wake you up).
The idea being, say I want to sleep for 8 hours, I queue up the intro track, then 13 ambience loops, then the morning track, and I can sleep through the night to be woken by Butterhush.
Imho that would be pretty nice.

We discussed custom wake-up clip, like, to set as alarm clock signal avaliable as a patreon reward. Your idea extends that a bit and is most certainly interesting too, though not every VA would agree to so much of work.
And yes, thank Facebook for clear voice of Fluttershy, That software they made for binauralizing usual stereo/mono signals is way better than stuff i had to use a year ago.

Funny thing is, that was exactly my intention. I wanted to emulate that feeling of a last night camping, with everyone sitting around the fire and about to go to sleep before saying goodbye to the place. It was a concious choice, but in the process of finishing up the scenario I felt that idea slip by. Glad to be somewhat wrong on this one.

Hell, I'm pretty sure than it is further along than the other scenario was and it was planned to release 6 months ago. At the moment it largely depends on the unforeseen circumstances like those that doomed the second scenario. The safe promise is - this year.

It was kind of a difficult day for me. I woke up on the wrong side of bed and never righted myself. There's a couple big life problems happening right now -which is usually alright, since you can put them off and schedule them for later; you know, make an order to it that lets you deal with it without getting overwhelmed; but today, everything went wrong and needed attention AT ONCE- and they were all spaced out in that almost fiction-like style where every time it starts to get better, it gets worse. Someone's nice to me, then this major part of my work just isn't working; I'm finally getting used to the people I work with and the area, then I get moved to a different building. And some more stuff that, I'll be straight with you, I just don't wanna get into.

You know, it's actually kinda funny, but there's a little story about why I clicked on this thread today. Why I even came to /mlp/ at all, actually. Probably might've overlooked it otherwise. Maybe not. Anyway, I was trying to keep from freaking out at my job and listening to the first ASMR tape -recording? instance? song? What do you call this?- and even though I've kinda grown away from this fandom, it was still really nice. It was one of those things that's good even if the subject matter isn't really to your tastes. But even that's not quite right: I've gotten really into audio tapes and spoken word (I love love LOVE beautiful voices, even if the stories are whatever), and you guys are just plain phenomenal at this. It's like I went from being passionate about one part of this (Fluttershy, the first pony I ever actually liked, since this sperglord idolized and wanted to be like Discord).So anyway, I went home, got a little high (which really is helping less than I'd hoped), and started through memory lane: the brony phase. And I saw this. And I just, can't possibly express how happy I feel to find something like this. It feels like a completely unexpected new sequel to a favorite book of childhood, and now you find you still love it, though for different reasons. Almost like this last season of Samurai Jack, which I just finished.

A lot of listeners listen to this as entertainment, and we love that, but this project was put together for people who've found themselves in situations you've described.

We're not making assumptions about what it's like to suffer from depression, anxiety, or having a shitty day. A lot of us have experienced this first hand.

I've personally been battling severe depression and anxiety for about 5 years, I got to a point where I couldn't remember what a normal life felt like.

In the darkest moment of my life I was about 3 pounds away from taking a high velocity lead aspirin. MLP helped rekindle something I'd forgotten existed, hope. It flips a switch in my brain that gave me a chance to temporarily put the misery out of mind. There's no simple cure for something as invasive as depression or crippling anxiety, and it's not easy to pull yourself out of a rut in life, but we can try and help you by giving you a place to escape to where someone who genuinely cares about you is waiting.

Above all we want to give you a spark of hope because that's the best medicine of all, something you have to find before you can start digging yourself out of whatever crappy situation life has thrown at you.

I know I'm going to catch hell for quoting this, but hope shines eternal. Sometimes you just need to be reminded.

Never been a huge fan of Kickstarters and patreon, but I would give you money of some kind once the Dash one comes out.

Flutterchan/Shellah is our primary VA and like the rest of us she's not getting any of the proceeds.

I'd personally rather lose money on the project that make a dime off of it.

The funding goes to upgrading our audio equipment and giving a bit of compensating to the guest VAs, we'll have 2 3Dio binaural microphones with the funds we've already brought in and a much better recorder for the audio team.

We did the first two scenarios without any outside investment, but we'll be able to provide much better quality now, along with providing a more characters.

Glimmer has been pushed out of the top 10 and you should expect to see Twilight and Luna near the top, other three make sense given the recording themes. Trixie is an outlier, but not entriely unexpected.
