Twilight's telekinesis doesn't fit her? it fits her perfectly. She should get the ability to teleport as well, but at the start of the show her main go to magic that she showed was Telekinesis and teleportation.

AJ having super strength likewise fits her perfectly; AJ's been shown to have absurdly strong legs, like in Mysterious mare do well where she stopped the wagon with her legs.

And How does talking to animals not fit fluttershy? that's literally her entire Pony self's entire skillset (barring the stare)
The only one that feels off is Pinkie's explosion powers.
