Yes, but if we're talking purely physical power, magic doesn't come in to it. I'd assume Equestria has its own measurement system for how magically strong a unicorn is, that's separate from how physically strong a pony is.
Really though, there's no real way to measure how strong the average pony is, partially because power levels change depending on the writer and partially because we only ever see the cream of the crop in terms of ponies.
