In the show, we have seen that pone is both capable of maintaining their balance in ways that even humans have trouble doing. Their organs clearly don't crush one another when pone is in an upright position. Their skeletons clearly have leeway to do shit like https://www.derpibooru.org/1122526. Anatomically, I don't see any reason for pone not to be able to walk in a bipedal position for medium periods of time.
