This is actually a redo of one of the very first stories I ever wrote. I wrote it when I was 12. I'm going to take the good parts of the plot and give it a better edge and new ideas. I know you guys are going to love it. I still believe it to be one of the best stories I ever did because I lacked any kind of filter or self-doubt so I just wrote how I wrote and even though it was edgy it was still great. And now that I have some better skills at writing I can really make this story how it was supposed to be.

I know it is all but going to happen seeing as the synopses have basically said that's what happens but there is still a little voice saying that we won't actually see her in Equestria and won't be settled until we see. Also don't forget it's not 100% about her as Starlight is in it and there is a lot to cover.
In 22 minutes it has to:

>She has to arrive in Equestria, get more pages & meet Starlight
>Juniper has to finds the mirror & get rid of the rest of the main character
>Sunset and Starlight have to return
>Sunset has to show her around (probably where job/home could be revealed if at all)
>They have realise everyone is missing & they investigate then realise what's up
>They have to beat a no doubt magical Juniper & save the M6
>Then finally the episode has to have a conclusion wrapping it up

I'm genuinely curious why you think that we'd get loads of new content when the English version drops as you're not the first person I've seen say that unless you've said it on other threads; we have the visual content in HD, we know what's happening due to the subtitles and we have the song in English. All that's needed to generate new content is already out with the subbed release and I can't see how the English release is going to bring the thread's pace up. Sure a few people may be waiting for the English release but at the end of the day it isn't going to add anything ground breaking that'd kick off new content, we may get a little if any.
As you say the final special is going to generate the most buzz so by the time the subs are out we'll have all the new content that we need to kick off getting new OC here.

I still haven't beat the Abyss Dragon and honestly I don't intend too. I have hated dragons bosses since Kalameet and Midir is a perfect example way. Shit hitboxes, outrageous damage and health. It's so not fun, it's a chore.

It took me over two days to beat Gael solo because I accessed the DLC early but I kept going because Gael is genuinely a fun boss that I could fight a million times and not tire of. Midir is just a chore. People on leddit hate it when I say that but it's true. He's a lot like the Ancient Dragon from the second game

In that time it's been established why Sunset needs to take the trip, planting the seeds for introducing Starlight, set up the plot to the special and then introduced Starlight; all this would take three maybe four minutes so the rest of the time can be spent on the action.

So here's the deal.
This thing with Glimmer is probably a one time thing and we most likely have much more EG in the future.
Ishi has confirmed in the LoE directors commentary that Sunset's powers will be growing stronger which we haven't seen yet so we will definitely be seeing more of that.
He has heavily hinted at seeing the Sirens again and the appearance of human Shim and he has said we will be seeing her home and her job all of which means that we will still be getting much more Sunset.
Just let Starlight have her five minutes of fame. I doubt we will be seeing more of her after this since she is native to Equestria.
Trust in Ishi that we will get much more Shim and don't soon say without seeing the episode.

The Sirens couldn't do anything in the human world because they couldn't use good magic and couldn't get their full powers which is why Starswirl put them there. It wasn't until Sunset brought Equestrian magic into the human world were they able to access their true powers.
Starswirl specifically put them in the human world so they wouldn't have their magic and then Sunset fucked that up and brought them magic.
Sunset also is at fault for the portal being permanently open now since Twilight had to open it to help her with something that was her fault so Midnight sparkle and the crack in the statue can also be blamed on her which means Gloriosa's transformation and Juniper's magic mirror is also Sunset's fault.
Maybe that's why she hasn't gone back yet.
