Living in Australia is suffering. The episodes air at 1 in the morning and I either have a severely datacapped internet connection fast enough to stream, or infinite internet that's less than 1mbps.

That said, episode 7 was even better when I rewatched it, and I enjoyed episode 10 a lot too. It really fleshed out both princesses a lot, especially Celestia. I'm really starting to enjoy glimmer as a character, having her around gives the show to do new things with different characters that wouldn't make the same sense with the older characters of the show. So far season 7 has been holding up extremely well, to my surprise.

They are trying to keep variety with new characters and stories, as well as progressing the old characters. As long as they keep adding to the show instead of "stretching" it by making everything stay the same they can potentially keep the show going for a while yet. They just need to be smart with the additions and changes and have them add to the quality of the show rather than take away from it.
