Solid season, I'm seriously considering stopping being a doomsayer. After Parental Glideance I'm optimistic about The Perfect Pear, and I haven't been optimistic in ages.

I'm absolutely terrified of A Royal Problem though, I know they're gonna fuck it up so badly, I'll get mad as fuck, and I don't want to feel like during season 6, it feels good to enjoy the show again.

A solidly mediocre season so far only elevated by the occasional diamond that shines through the rough.

There's still no episode of the mane six together though. Is that too much to ask?

It's still pretty young, it would be younger if it weren't for the Leaves ruining everything, but I cannot say anything yet.

I'm enjoying overall. If it weren't for Starlight, I'd say it's almost at season 1/2.

I had serious doubts about these new writers, but I'm very much surprised at the attention to detail and continuity, and the respect they paid to the spirit of the series coming in. I have high hopes for the rest of this season and season 8.

Compared to the better seasons of MLP? It's a subpar-standard, nothing very special or memorable about it.

I find it generally unenjoyable. Glimmer seems to be crammed into everything, and other episodes give me the errie sensation they're trying to boot out the mane 6 as main characters. I would've enjoyed the Trixie episode or Maud episode much more if not for Glimmer
