I would argue that having people constantly call each other by name when talking to each other is just as bad practice as overusing relationships. Try to keep the dialogue natural. Only do it when it's necessary to establish who is speaking. Since most of the time there will only be two people conversing and the protagonist's (usually Anon) spoken dialogue is typically always in non-greentext and everyone else's in greentext, there should be no need most of the time. As long as it's established who the two people are (which again can be done in narrative without the need for them to call each other by name), it should always be obvious who is saying what.
