Last time on Soul Quest, our four protagonists were met individually by mysterious spirits, representing an enigmatic master from the planet of Tetra, who offered the four the chance for fame, fortune, challenges, altruism, and life itself. Told only to meet their master at 'Yggdrasil' and given only a card for reference, the four were teleported via pillars of light to the far-off world, in the late evening as the gas giant and two moons float overhead in the alien sky in a tropical forest situated upon an island.

Fixer and Pain Train and Triple M met up first, as did Aether and Alexis, the former group establishing a camp-site while honking their horn to attract whoever else might be near, as the mares soon began heading to them...

Fixer crawls back into the back seat among the soft blankets as he converses with Pain and his manager, Pain giving the horn one more ring as Fixer prepares for a well-earned night's rest, but at that moment Fixer and Pain and MMM think they hear something scurrying nearby the camp.

The mares continue following the bleeping car horn through the thicket of trees, passing through a clearing (with the same cross symbol that had sent you all through to this world as well) and following it through the source as a final car bleep practically screams just in front of you, and there you see the lights of a car waiting in the middle of the woods.

Fixer looks up as he hears the scurrying noise coming nearby, holding up an ear of corn and preparing to throw it.

Pain Train goes towards the noises, bellowing out into the forest.

Once she gets near enough, close enough to see the tail lights of the vehicle, she practically yells, eyes squinting, "Wow, that's loud! Can you stop honking? It's not very comfortable!"

"Lay off the horn!" Alexis yells as the final bleep sounds through, walking out with Aether, but staying just a bit behind her, cautious for reactions.

You grab at a nearby can of canned corn and prepare to lob it towards the sound of the scurrying. It is coming from behind the vehicle, and so the head-lights do not illuminate whatever is there. Triple M takes over for depressing the horn every so often, as Pain Train comes out to face whatever approaching from behind the car.

You see a turquoise coated unicorn with a lavender mane, dressed in a green cloak and laden with saddlebags. Standing behind her a few feet is what appears to be an earth pony, black pony-tail and wearing a black leather jacket, white shirt, and gray plaid-skirt combo with black boots.

You come out of the thicket of bushes and see the old, technicolor clunker seated down in a clearing of trees, lights on and the horn blaring every so often. Around it and in it, you see three stallions: two unicorns, one red (both in coat and in jumpsuit), and another balding with khaki coat. The last one is a well built and powerful looking donkey. Those whose characters are at least semi-knowledgeable of the wrestling world might recognize him from his toys or action figures.

"Oh hey, two more normals," Fixer says, setting down his EAR of corn. "You come here through a magic portal thing, too?"

Once the horn takes a breather, she opens her eyes and sees the others before her. That one over there, the balding donkey, looks familiar.

Still yelling, her ears having not adjusted to a life without the horn blaring, she says, "You look familiar! But from where? Hmm," humming that last sound awkwardly loudly.

The slightly transparent teen steps out with Aether, looking at Fixer a bit weird when he calls her a 'normal'

"Uh. Hey. So did you guys meet the aliens too or..." the ghost asks cautiously, still scanning faces for reactions.

"Ah, you the secretaries or something? When's the promo, this jungle local is different from what I'm used to." Pain says, quickly walking up to the two ponies, looking them over,
"Nah, too young. You're interns."

>"Familiar? Of course you've seen him, anyone who knows anything-" Margin quickly looks to Fixer scowling, "-knows the legendary PAAAAAAAIN TRAIN, current holder of the Saddlemania Championship Belt!"

Fixer squints at her closer, then throws the ear of corn at her to see if it goes through her.

Aether ignores them, her mind going to other places. And of course, she voices her thoughts, very loudly.

"Wait, maybe that master would be my superior! Maybe that's why I'm here, for an internship? No, that doesn't make sense! I think that light-mare wanted me to do something of a different nature!"

Alexis catches it in one hoof, before pulling it down into both hooves out of reflex.

"Uh. Thanks?" she says holding it.

She looks to M.
