Since when they need a show for toy sales? There was no show for G2 nor G3, and that didn't hinder their sales. Why continue something that bring no money when there's other sources of income. A direct-to-video movie every odd year is more than enough to please both the target audience and the most hardcore of horsefuckers that will remain after this fandom's death.
