Not gonna happen. Jim Miller already said that they're still working on the episodes for this season, usually finishing 8-10 weeks ahead of their American premieres. At the rate Canada's airing them, they wouldn't have the finale ready in time.

I'd probably guess Sombra since we aren't sure of his death. I'm not sure who the other will be.
Tirek is imprisoned in Tartarus, Discord is reformed and had his relapse already, Sunset is obviously reformed, the Sirens I doubt would care about kidnapping Starlight so I don't really know who else.
If I had to guess, I'd say Tirek and Sombra but I feel like the other two may just be minor villains.
