Glimmer is like that bland ugly duckling who want to be most popular girl in highschool.

How to do it? Become more recognisable? No. More original? No. Get more personality? No.

Just become the friends with the "cool kids" like Discord, Trixie, Maud and Luna and make them say good things about glim glam, like have Discord wanting to live with her rather than Fluttershy, have Trixie falling in love with her and becoming her pupil rather than with Twilight, have Luna become a petty character that squabbles wit her sister and then improve her ways thanks to Starlights rather than own wisdom. Have Maud stay in ponyville for Stalright rather than for Pinkie and mane6.

Fuck... I'm starting to not like Glim. But I know if I had just started watching the show at season 6, then gone back and watched all the previous episodes, and was now excitedly watching Season 7 airing I would LOVE Glimmer... fuck.
