Yeah thinking a bit more, honestly I wold have expected someone else to have found the schedule by now. It's likely fake but A Perfect Pear pretty on the nose for what I would expect the AJ parent episode to be named. One other thing that makes me believe it might be fake is the idea of Honest Apple being episode 15 by production order with that yahoo thing. Which if shifted in would push back episode production order episode 13, The AJ parent episode to episode 14 so it could be the big return episode for after the midseason haitus like we got last year with Stranger than Fiction (and also allowing for a good 13/13 split). It's possible this guy just saw the Honest Apple thing before many others got it and decided to fuck around.
