In this last week specifically RGRE has gone from routinely hitting bump limit in about three days or so to dying like clockwork every night, so it seems like there's some weirdness going on. Either from late night spam boards/posting and episode discussion, a too-high concentration of burgers in thread who tend to die out en masse when they need sleep, targeting because of butthurt, or a combo of those. If you like the content I'd just tell you to hang out and sit tight. Excluding the current weirdness the writefags in this thread can be slow but are fairly consistent. Ghouls, as an example, has a habit of going dark and then reappearing. LaP is the most consistent contributor.

You'll like almost everything then. Amphetanon is hands down my personal favorite followed by LaP (just read diggy hole first).

Frosty's good ol girls is great too. I can't think of too many writers I wouldn't recommend so just chugging through the longer stories in the pastebin will be enjoyable.

Depends on how regular the updates are.

Short green has the advantage of being more likely to actually finish, and do so within a relatively short time frame.

Long stories can be very satisfying, but updates between installments can take forever, and the risk of it just stopping without being finished goes up, which is maddening when it happens.

Short greens also seem to work better for kek worthy joke shorts. More serious/dramatic seems to work better in longer stories. Setting up a joke can be very fast, setting up maximum overfeel takes longer.

Or alternatively, Anon asks where's Celestia's hot sister, and this drives Luna to want to transform into NMM (like she did at the end of the Nightmare Night episode) anytime she is alone with Anon, to court him. And while not being evil, more of her confidant and NMM persona leaks out while transformed.
Anon now thinks there are 3 princesses. Celestia thinks Anon has lost it.
