Yeah, why not. What do you want exactly? Just "Twitch overlay" is too generic, do you have a template you'd like to ponify? If you can find an existing overlay and it's just about adding some vectors and tuning the colors, it would be much easier.

Something like one of these but with mlp theme, i dont use a webcam.
I just want a frame with mlp theme, im looking for an existing overlay but its hard to find one, im using 1920x1080 resolution
