Dont actually touch equestria just conquer the rest of the world. Force everyone and everything to conform my designs and aesthetic sense. Fully knowing I will be defeated engineer a situation where I will be easily redeemed and left in my position as an anti-hero ally of Celestia and trade bantz with her forever.

It'd have to be something that makes sense from the perspective of a human so I'd be a villain mistakenly of the belief that ponies having sentience was a mistake of nature and that they'd be happier if they were more like horses from Earth instead
