There's a difference in perception here, most of us are seeing a disconnected tail, seperate from her body, and this one guy is seeing the visible portion as the curl in her tail, rather than a seperate piece

I think this one guy might be correct honestly. During the webm you can clearly see the start of the tail on the edge of her flank.
His drawing is right. It's really strange though, even taking into account the shape of her tail it seems like it's out of place

I mean, I can get why it might bother some people, but it doesn't seem like an animation error, just a bad placement on the animator's part of the two ponies.
