Mmm...I'd say it depends. Fitness is more complex than the average dude thinks, and what you should do depends on your starting point (fat or thin), your goal, and what you have available. The board's sticky is solid and probably the only thing you need to read. Unless you're asking for something specific you're going to get a few contradictory answers. If you have a fit buddy then I'd say ask him instead.
If you want to lose weight then I can give you some advice to get you started.

I regularly lurk the fat hate threads for lulz and motivation, tinder threads for lulz, and high test threads for eye candy.

Working out is hard and you'll likely quit if you're not enjoying it. Don't let the tiredness or DOMS discourage you. Listen to music and get hyped. Me, I get such a kick out of it that it's become recreational. You can even work out at home. Search beginner calisthenics on youtube. Careful not to hurt yourself though.

As for "adding flavour" to a salad, there's absolutely no point in eating a salad in the first place if it's additions raise it's calories to levels comparable to a dish of pasta.

People often say "diets doesn't work" or "weight loss is temporary". That's because the people in question didn't also change as individuals and went back to eating like pigs. In order to stay thin you must never go back to your old eating habits. To do that, you must change as an individual and have no need to eat like that. Don't tell that to the fats who want to get thin though, or you'll scare them away. What you should tell them is that losing weight treats depression and anxiety, which is completely true.

Happy Easter everyone! I was talking to my eleven year old cousins earlier, and apparently public school is utter crap. Aside from them learning far less than I did as a kid, they are unable to do much of anything at recess anymore. They play dodgeball with styrofoam balls, can't play football, not even twohand touch, no baseball, unable to touch people at all (no romance period), can't use your fists or hit a tetherball hard, and the clubhouse is segregated by one gender at a time. Is anyone elses siblings or kids at one of these schools?

You'll have a bit of fun, it'll be cheaper in the long run, and it will be something neat you can have around.

I'm okay with the concept. In fact my headcannon is that Rule 34 Adagio is a slightly bolder and charming Guybrush.
My problem with Space Quest is that it's architecture and references are too dated. The games aren't rewarding enough for the time and effort they require, and many of the shoutouts and references go over the heads of people under 40-50yo.

Say, why don't you try Primordia? It's not exactly an ancient game but it was made to look like one. It looks like it was made using the SCUMM engine.

This always gets me.The references are a product of another time, so I enjoy having a glimpse into the past. It's also nice to be reminded of my childhood from time to time.

Most of those kinds of games aren't very rewarding for all of the trouble you have to go through. It's like old porn flash games that you had to work to beat, only to get a naked body, or just some nipples.

I always thought that Dazzle Quest should have been a cross between RE6 and these games in which you choose a character and go through the story, overlapping with the others to paint a bigger picture. I could honestly see Sonata as the Roger and say Adagio as the Zanthia.

Never heard of Primordia. I'll give it a look in a bit. I'm curious as to your opinion on point & clicks in general. I've never been a fan of the type your action games because how many possible phrases I can think of, but only a few of them will actually work.

Exploring rich worlds is what I enjoy most about these games. It's why I usually just watch a let's play of those old ones, like SQ1 or KQ. Too much work to get them to work and play through games in which I don't like the mechanics.
