>With one blink you wake up as a dragon in Equestria!
>What do you look like?
>How did you get here?
>The circumstances could be just about anything, but one thing is certain.
>Things are going to be pretty different.

Here are some writing prompts:

>You've woken up in the middle of town with no idea how you got here, or why you're a dragon.
>Perhaps you've found yourself far from the borders of Ponyville, and are in Dragonlands.
>Maybe Discord has worked his special brand of magic on you!
>Or you may have even done this yourself!
>Do you roll with what’s happened?
>Are you going to try and reverse this?
>Is a good time with those egg laying hips more your focus?

>Let's see if you manage to settle in!
>Who knows what awaits you on your new adventure?
>It's your chance to make the best out of it!

Interesting stuff. Formatting remains good.

Unfortunately I am not skilled enough to draw a robot dragon, so enjoy some QT instead.

Which of the two is better?

Same, left. Giving me high blood pressure.

We should create a feedback system. Something where authors can see something.
>>
>>29874231
I'm listening.

Anything that can be done to improve the thread, go ahead and discuss.
>>
>>29874292
Here's something:
The author of a green uploads 5 posts to the thread. After that the readers should write at least 3 things that they like and 3 things they didn't liked. So at least 3 anons (one bad, one good thing each one) are forced to write some feedback to get more content. I'm open for more suggestions. We also used polls in the early days.
>>
>>29874442
Im not sure if it is really to good idea to tell anons what to do. If anyone really has anything they want to share they can always do it by thier free will.
>>
>>29874442
As much as I want a more lively thread, forcing anons to meet a post quota feels cheap. It wouldn't be people wanting to talk, it'd be people posting for posting's sake. On top of that, you can't really enforce it. It's on the people in the thread to make it more than the dead husk it has been lately. And with this notion that "silence is a compliment", it feels hard to see that change happen.
>>
A few of these writefags have been posting their bins over on ptfg as a trial run. Looks well received too. Good to see the beginnings of a merger we so desperately needed and wanted. Thanks readers of the dtfg, your silence has been more convincing than our appeals could ever have been. And thank you writefags for taking a leap of faith and posting over on the ptfg. Ignoring the shitposters really helps shine light on how much we were okay with your guys.
>>
>>29875266
So what you mean to tell me is that I have to go over to that shitstorm apocalypse of infinite, immortal faggotry to read my green!?
>>
>>29875338
At this rate, yeah. Just look at this thread, then look at the ptfg. Do you honestly think a writer wants to post in dead air or post in a place where people actually talk?
>>
>>29875266
>>29875421
I just went and looked. YOU'RE LYING. Final time I'm saying this: BEGONE, SCUM.
>>
>>29874292
Here's an idea, POST MORE GREEN.

>>29875491
As much as I don't like their butting in on our thread to gloat- they aren't lying.
>>
>>29875502
And wait for the silence we've earned like good boys?
>>
>>29875562
This makes me FAR angrier than it should.
>>
>>29875502
How are we supposed to post greens when writers just fear the worst and abandon ship?

Can they cross-post?
>>
>>29875592
Why? Unable to accept writefags wanting a healthy community? It's not just them either. I know at least two other writefags from here have left posts. One of them even namefagged.
>>
>>29875638
>fear the worst
It's already "the worst". This thread is shriveled up and dead. It has even for weeks. These concerns have been raised before. Things didn't change.
>>
>>29875638
Okay, allow me to enlighten you. When we are silent, it means we are content. If we have any criticisms, we will let you know.
>>
>>29875687
And how is that a good thing? Look at any other general and you see people talking. If not a critique of the green- it's about ideas or even just stuff on topic. Pretending that nobody saying anything is a good thing is ignorant as hell- especially when other generals offer up conversation as clear as can be.
>>
>>29875687
Tell that the the writers, not me.
>>
>>29875724
>how is that a good thing?
It keeps the thread free of pointless clutter. If it isn't green, it doesn't belong here.

>>29875738
They can see it too, you know.
>>
>>29875687
By all means, discuss that point with the writers: https://discord.gg/XX3j3

Everyone can be a writer anon.
You are not an exception.
>>
>>29875764
No. In fact, that damnable discord is the very root of our problems. All of our writers are flocking there and lazing about instead of staying here and posting green, like they FUCKING PROMISED.
>>
>>29875752
Yes it does, this is a /general/. It's open for green, art, discussion, anything on the topic of dragon transformation.
>>
>>29875786
Oh, so you think I'm obligated to post you green and nothing else? Or are you (hopefully) a shitposter?
>>
>>29875787
No, it's a thread dedicated to green, you you infinitely dense clod.
>>
>>29875805
I understand taking a break, but that means someone else has to take up the slack. If you can't tell what I'm suggesting, WORK IN SHIFTS.
>>
>>29875808
You really jumped the shark man, almost didn't sound like a shit poster. Look at the name of the thread and honestly tell me this isn't a General thread.
>>
>>29875839
Yes, it WAS, I repeat, WAS a general, but now, it only has it's green. AND I WILL NOT LET IT DIE BECAUSE OF /PTFG/ SHITPOSTERS.
>>
>>29875827
>work in shifts.
You know this is just a hobby right? We have lives outside of writing green, and we don't want a thread full of silence when we go to post. Nobody needs to set up shifts or work extra- we just do this for fun.
>>
>>29875851
Laskaris posted new art literally today.
>>
>>29875858
>we don't want a thread full of silence when we go to post
A-FUCKMOTHERING-HEM
>>29875687
>>
>>29875782
As a matter of fact:
>>29869692
>>29869949

I really try to enjoy myself drawing and possibly even writing.
Then again i should write since there isn't really enough green to draw on.
>>
>>29875871
Cool. It's not green, so I don't care.
>>
>>29875872
Just because you gave an excuse- it's not automatically a good one. I post over on PTFG all the time and I get more than silence to tell if I'm doing well. People talk about the green, ask questions, and answer ones I ask.
>>
>>29875897
>I post over on PTFG all the time
So, you're a traitor.
>>
>>29875880
It proves the thread isn't just for green.
>>
>>29875914
>Traitor.
Sure, if you want to call it that. I've been posting on both for a while now. Still put my primary effort on Gold Standard though, but I don't want to just write for a single thread. That would be boring in my book- especially in a thread where your sentiments on silence are shared.
>>
>>29875897
Just saying, I always try to spark discussion.
Unfortunately, I have to sleep sometimes. Also work.
>>
>>29875962
Any examples of conversations you've tried drumming up? Wouldn't mind throwing my two cents in.
>>
Oh look, we're already taking sides!
Better re-rail the thread before shit gets out of con-
Aw shieeet.

Let's discuss dragons, folks. The whole "Wake up in Ponyville > bother Twilight" is getting kinda stale. No offense.
What if it wasn't the next-door-to-capital thing, what if it was some backwater village near the border, where things are a bit different and population is more diverse?
>>
>>29875993
The idea I'm working on has anon wake up in primarily dragon territory. Have no idea on what to do with that though.
>>
Alright.
Reposting the writing prompts I wrote last thread. Just in case anyone wants to do anything about it.

>Firefighter anon turns into dragon.
>Slowly watches as the elements they worked so hard to keep at bay in the past goes out of control.
>Tries to stop it.
>Hilarity ensues.
>They did say fight fire with fire, right??

>Anon is a business tycoon or just a millionaire living a comftable life.
>They do what they do best, earning money with their expertise and good fortune.
>They find themselves in Equestria. Most likely in the dragonlands.
>Also they are now a dragon.
>Unknowing to anon, the reasons for this might have to do with their apparent greedy lifestle.
>Anon would later find out about the selfish traits of dragonkind after meeting with them.
>Being a money grubber themselves, anon does not really end up at odds with dragons.
>They do have one thing in mind though...
>Try to rid of the dragon's berserk and rogue ways that are uncomfatble to anon and channel thier greed into a more productive way.
>Profit... ?

>/mlp/ anon finally gets their wish granted to be taken to Equestria.
>Their body also seems to have changed to further match up with the new universe.
>Even better!
>Wait...
>Anon is not a pony, they are a dragon.
>Things did not go to plan for anon it seems.

>An anon couple end up in Equestria and turn into a pony and a dragon.
>Who turns into what exactly?
>Are they MLP fans? Do they know what they got themselves into?
>Maybe they switched genders too?
>Is romance even attempted?
>Use your imagination.

>>29875991
Also I talked to you about your upcoming green idea if you want to discuss that again.
>>
>>29876025
Finish The Universal Solvent first. Treasure Mage, continue one of your two greens.
>>
>>29876025
Well, if it's any consolation, the "dragon territory" could stretch from the volcanic Dragonlands we've seen to frozen north and to equatorial jungle full of poisonous stuff. All this courtesy of various kinds of dragons inhabiting them.
>>
Primusings, where are you?
>>
>>29876059
The Universal Solvent is just mostly a side thing for cross overs. Not really going to have a big deep story arc, and just really exists to give writers an easy cross over universe to jump into if they want.
>>
So how long does a person get banned if they post adult material on this board?
>>
>>29876078
You've already started it. Finish this story before you start another one. Wasn't it originally meant to fill in the proverbial cracks in this thread?
>>
>>29876099
No, it was meant because I had a fun little idea for a cross over. It's really just a side thing I don't want to work on right now
>>
>>29876094
Three days. Speaking from experience.
>>
>>29876179
Some green is better than no green. Finish it.
>>
>>29876099
Having multiple stories allows a writer to work past the stopping points of writers block by applying themselves to something new, sometimes revealing to the the path to take for their other works and providing inspiration. Telling a writer who does this on their free time to treat a story like a job will result in less fulfilling greens and less inspired writers and will drive away their will to continue.
>>
>>29876220
Well then, maybe they should get to posting so I don't have to berate them anymore.
>>
>>29876198
I'm not going to work on that green right now. Even if I wanted to, your demands would turn me off of it. I'm working on ideas right now. I just finished a green, I don't want ti just jump right into another project here without proper planning or a want to do it right now.
>>
>/ptfg/ shitposter changed his tactic
>now he's pushing writefags out of the thread
>while laying the welcoming carpet road for them in /ptfg/
That's some next level autism.
>>
>>29876235
Haha fuck you, like your "berating" makes anybody on here feel bad.
>>
>>29876235
Speedy, is that you?
>>
>>29876249
It's not meant to. It's meant to goad them into action.

>>29876250
Literally who?
>>
>>29876261
It's not working snowflake, just saying.
>>
>>29876261
DOES THIS IMAGE GIVE YOU AN ERECTION

DON'T LIE TO ME, FAGGOT
>>
Look, I don't want to go to /ptfg/. keep your greens here. PLEASE.

>>29876299
What the everloving god-fucking-damnable shitty titties are you on about you chode?
>>
>>29876288
Its ok. The Universal Solvent is only topical at best. The choice is yours.

So, what are your ideas?
>>
>>29876334
How's Manchester this time of the year?
>>
>>29876334
Then stop acting like a cuck. And if you're the "work on shifts" guy- this may be hard for you- but recognize the writers owe you literally nothing.
>>
>>29876334
>I don't want to go to /ptfg/

Then save the links to the pastebins of the /dtfg/ authors you like and check them every now and again.
>>
>>29876377
THEY'RE NOT LEAVING.
>>
>>29876358
What even the fuck are you on about?

>>29876359
Do you even know what that word means?
>>
>>29876391
You can't make anyone stay. Telling them that they owe you green, and that it had to be delivered to you in a specific thread isn't going to help. Have you ever considered that your confrontational tone and literal demands are pushing people away? Nobody owes you anything.
>>
>>29876391
None of us are eager to leave, but most of us have been considering it.
>>
>>29876420
When they started writing green, they made an unspoken promise to keep writing. So, in a way, they DO owe me and everyone else in the thread green.
>>
>>29876410
Cuck is a slang form of cuckold. It's like calling someone a faggot or ass. You're probably not calling them what it means, but you use it because it has weight to it.
>>
>>29876446
Then tell me I'm acting like an ass instead.
>>
>>29876437

I admit, you made me smirk.
>>
>>29876437
Alright this is ridiculous.
You want us to start shuffling contracts now?

How about try ignoring drama and actually work and whatever you want to make and discuss, then power to all of you.
>>
>>29876196
Hmm, still feels like it's worth the risk. lol
I take it lewd stories need to pass through pastebin and aren't allowed to be posted directly via greentext?
>>
>>29876437
You're a tremendous piece of shit. They aren't writing for you, they're writing because they enjoy telling stories. If they don't enjoy telling those stories anymore, then they have every right to stop. Besides, they aren't even talking about quitting, just going somewhere where they'll actually get feedback and responses. The green isn't stopping, it's just moving.

>>29876507
You can post as much lewd text-based content as you want, only images are bannable.
>>
>>29876437
Well, I guess promises can be broken, eh?
But seriously, demanding writers commit themselves to a thread like it's a job just doesn't work.
>>
>>29876507
Lol wat. No. You can post them just fine.
>>
>>29876507
No. Go wild with your letters.
>>
>>29876507
I posted lewd green did not get banned. Posted dragon tf porn and *did* get banned. So maybe green is okay? Or maybe I got lucky.
>>
Could you please stop arguing?
Some people are trying to write their crummy oneshot here, yknow.
>>
>>29876565
Yes, just stop.
Wouldn't it be better if the discussion were related to the thread? this is going nowhere.
>>
>>29876565
And go back to dead silence?
>>
>>29876594
If you pay enough attention, there are topics of discussions buried deep within these arguments.

>>29876662

Wait a minute. I hope you're not the same anon.
I sense a contradiction.

look whatever
@29876662 if you want to wait silently for green go ahead. There's no we, there's you. autonomy for everyone please.
>>
>>29876735
They need to learn their place. They cant demand from us to talk, they need to write.
>>
>>29876791
Here's your (You). Don't waste it all at once.
>>
>>29876520
If they're leaving this thread, they're quitting. Simple as that. Also, I'm NOT going to That cancerhole. I'm staying, They're staying. END OF DISCUSSION.

>>29876521
Do you want me to trust you? Because that's not how you get me to trust you.
>>
>>29876825
How are you sure I'm not leaving? I was one of the most vocal supporters of leaving in the discussion we had on the Discord. I won't mention how anybody else felt because it's not my place- but I was vocal. And /your/ trust is something I can live without.
>>
>>29876825
Whatever will I do without your trust, anon?
>>
>>29876863
Just calm down and write you dog.
>>
>>29876863
WE'RE STAYING. We're going to stay here, post green or whatever content you may produce, and we'll all be happy about it. GOT ME?
>>
>>29876922
How can you enforce that?
>>
>>29876908
I'm really starting to think this actually is a false-flag to force a merger. Nobody can be this retarded. Nobody can be this disrespectful with absolutely no leverage and expect to get what they want. It's either someone pretending to be retarded, or Speedo the Pedo, the only human being on Earth to totally lack self-awareness and common sense.
>>
>>29876946
Who said anything about enforcing? I'm just trying to hammer the point home.
>>
>>29876965
You seem adamant about the certainty of us all staying, but it's far from certain. But then again, you're probably a shitposter so, it's best to take everything with a grain of salt.
>>
>>29876989
I'm not a shitposter. I'm just someone who wants to keep us cancer-free.
>>
>>29876952
Okay so, I said the dog remark sarcastically. Everything else though has been somebody else talking I'm afraid.
>>
Idea.
When satisfied with the conclusions from this argument, ignore any drama related post so every content creator can be left alone and maybe willingly produce some content.
>>
>>29876999
Oh shit, it's the RESPEK guy again.
Hohoholy shit, and I thought he crawled back into his mother's basement for good.

>>29877034
But mo~om, it's so !!fun!!
>>
>>29877050
Who dafuq are you talking about?
>>
>>29877034
I'd love to go on topic.

So, I might ditch the idea I started for a spin off of the Pon-E drug stories from the ptfg. The guy who came up with the idea mentioned a knock off drug that makes the user a dragon. Could be fun to do.
>>
>>29877072
Interesting idea. Could be a story on earth.
Are you still considering the ideas you had for your 'main' green?
>>
>>29877060
At some point in the past Kolaghan got his own personal hater who demanded the "whiny faggot" oh the sweet irony to leave and that people would RESPECT him. He was quite entertaining for a day, then he got bored and pranced away to bother someone else.
Guess he's back at it again.
>>
>>29877135
Yep. That should stay in the past.
>>
Something that I've noticed here from the anon who keeps asking for green is that he doesn't know where he is.
See at the moment, people are considering to migrate from the lack of feedback, one of the most important things for any content creator to receive. In the event that we stop writing or we move to a different thread, the green stops. Funny thing about contracts and all those deals is that it's a two way street. If you don't give anything to us, then what do we owe you? You're in no place to make these demands for us to stay or write as there's little to no skin off our bones. Of course, I'm not speaking for every writer here as most to all of us want to stay out of the fact that it's fun to write. But I'd like for you to keep that in mind the next time you plan to raise that point.
>>
>>29877135
Firstly, I'm not him. Secondly, I HATE /ptfg/, not kolaghan. He's a good writer. It's a shame that he seems to hate this thread...

>>29877072
>spin-off idea from/ptfg/
Don't.
>>
>>29877169
I'm not a damned critic, m8. I know what my feelings are, I just lack the ability to express them at times. You're gonna have to work with me.
>>
>>29877177
You don't want me to do content here now?! My god! And here I was ready to write more dragons! You must /hate/ this thread to reject dragon green! I feel so betrayed!

Now I want to do this green even more.
>>
>>29877211
Do it or don't, just know that I don't support it.
>>
>>29877199
It's no problem on an individual level. It's when everybody is silent that problems arise. Nobody wants to you to critique if you can't. But if you could do something else to keep tje thread lively that would rock.
>>
>>29877199
Just sit down and throw words together until you feel it gets the main message across. It's a lot better than nothing.

Why not? It's a dragon story that's playing on a concept from ptfg. If anything they're taking from the ptfg and making it about dragons. You should love that.

>>29877251
I don't know what to fucking do?!?
>>
>>29877123
The problem with a Pon-E story with Dragons on Earth is that it isn't very MLP related. Ponies are inherently MLP since they're, you know, ponies. But Dragons are from classical mythology first and foremost. There's plenty of fiction about Dragons in a modern setting. Maybe you can fix that by having other people become ponies at the same time? Maybe Anon and his friends get their hands on some cheap Pon-E, and everyone turns into horses except him? He just so happens to get the proverbial short end of the stick and become a lizard while everyone else got what they expected.

>Anon convinces him to help send a prank letter to Celestia
>Anon makes the mistake of holding the letter when Spike sends it and gets the tips of his fingers burned by Dragonfire
>It's probably the worst pain he's ever endured in his entire life, despite it only effecting a tiny area for a split second
>He patches himself up as best he can with Twiggle's first aid supplies despite his agony
>Spike's scared, but Anon insists that he'll be okay, and that they don't have to tell Twilight
>He doesn't want to get Spike in trouble, and he'd rather avoid a lecture himself
>He makes an excuse and heads home after Twilight gets back
>Despite only the tips of his fingers being burned, the pain begins to radiate through his whole hand
>He bandages the entire thing as a placebo and tries to go to sleep
>It doesn't work out well
>He's in a bad mood the next day; very little sleep and the pain has spread up his arm
>He finally decides to go to the doctor, and is shocked whenever the bandage is removed
>Motherfucking dragon hand
>He decides it's time to tell Twilight
>She informs him that his human physiology is extra-vulnerable to certain types of magic, and that he's begun to transform into a dragon as a result
>The transformation has spread much further than can be seen on the surface
>It has spread into the muscle tissue and blood vessels in the arm and has started to effect one of his lungs

>Every time Anon gets angry, he transforms into a big monster which, coincidently, looks a lot like dragon. He's not green though, for even the dimensional barrier cannot stop the lawyers.
>Being pretty much permanently mad, he fluctuates between more and less animalistic dragon.
>His only hope is to finally calm the fuck down so that Twilight can "lock" him in his human form.

Work with us, and we wouldn't want to leave so badly.

While we were posting green none-stop, nobody gave us any feedback (positive or negative) and nobody even made the effort to tell the shitposters to fuck off. This caused the thread to crumble into writers who were getting frustrated through lack of engagement with their readers, and through the tidalwave of shitposts from that samefag who made it his mission to wind up Kolaghan. Now we express the desire to leave for a better thread that shows us the possibility of getting feedback? "NOOO!" "REEE!" We feel like we can't fucking win here.

Also - "bump" doesn't count as thread contribution. You don't have to be a professional critic to express your interest in a story. Writers appreciate something as simple as "enjoying this," or "keep it up man, nice work." In equal respects, if you have issues or suggestions, express those as well. Someone saying "it's shit" with nothing else to it however? That doesn't help much.

Oh, and finally; Don't fucking demand people "answer" you. We ain't your houseniggers, so don't treat us like we are, you cockgoblin.

That was a rasterized vector image, all I did was point out the white background showing where it shouldn't and stuff like that.
I can't quite see where timberwolf's eyes are supposed to be. Though an eyeless wooden abomination sounds rather cool. In a "nightmare-inducing horror" way.

Also how in Lord's holy name do you make your lines so damn smooth? I can't for the life of me make anything like it even with stabilizer dialed to "literally can't draw a straight line even if life depends on it"
>>
>>29891063
drawing with pressure opacity off when i get the sketching phase,,

yea it is a little busy on the face,, you got anything else,,
so like the proportioning on tonic,, is there any parts where the perspective needs to be adjusted to read better?
stuff like that,, go broad then reel it in a little
>>
On the one hand posting on here isn't that fun anymore, and the shit posting here is way worse than over there, but on the other hand I want to keep my dragon stuff off the ptfg so the guys already moved over there don't get hated off for it being massive amounts of dragon stories popping up.
>>
>>29891092
Well now that you mention it...
Tonic's head clashes with the rest of the picture. It looks like it's at about 90° or more relative to the body. I'm no expert on dragon anatomy, but I'm pretty sure neck doesn't work that way.
Then the spines on the tail, the look bigger than they should be, considering the perspective.
The "busy face" thing will clear up somewhat once you finish coloring it, since timberwolves' eyes are vibrant green, if memory serves me well, so they will stand out just fine.
The jaw, on the other hand, needs either more resting space for the eyes, or careful coloring to separate the "teeth" into groups to be easier on the eyes.
The wolf's tail "feels" like it's not where it should be. Probably because of all the empty space above it.
Also wolf's left foreleg looks like two halves of a log glued together. I'd suggest adding another piece to make the "joint" section more obvious, and add a some space between the forearm and the upper arm so they don't look like a single piece.
And while I'm at it, it wouldn't hurt to add more detail to wolf's "coat". Bright spots are all well and good, but it seems a bit underwhelming, don't you think?

Yeah, that's what I meant in the "picky asshole" part.
>>
>>29891129
yea,, its a bit of a pickle at the moment,,
>>
>>29891129
Don't worry, I think we can all agree your content isn't what we've been trying to save. Besides, you've got other threads. Not trying to be rude, but if you don't want to write here- it won't be a massive blow.
>>
>>29891129
It's a no win situation. Whatever you do, you'll end up dissatisfied with the outcome.
I feel for you.
Just a question, do you yourself felt depressed or just down when you wrote the Gold Standard?
Kinda wondering how much of "yourself" did you put in there.
>>
>>29891148
>we can all agree
And that's where you're wrong kiddo.
>>
>>29891150
Honestly, I've felt fine. I don't claim to know what depression is like, but have had a couple friends who suffered from it. I mostly approached Gold Standard's more somber notes with more of a mentality of making Khoa have a clear issue that can't just be solved. There's a clear path to finding some McGuffin plot device, but dealing with personal demons isn't nearly as cut and dry.
>>
>>29891140
nah that actually some good stuff,, the only thing i would say is to break up how you pick it out

so like,,group it together and keep it brief

>Tonic's head clashes with the rest of the picture. It looks like it's at about 90° or more relative to the body. I'm no expert on dragon anatomy, but I'm pretty sure neck doesn't work that way.

the head doesnt match in with the rest of the body,,it doesnt look how her neck should work

the tail on the timber wolf also has the same thing happening, looking out of place to the body

then go on to the next set so,
>The "busy face" thing will clear up somewhat once you finish coloring it, since timberwolves' eyes are vibrant green, if memory serves me well, so they will stand out just fine.

the 'busy face' could clear up when it gets to the colour stage, this would also be good to do that to the jaw to help tell it apart with the teeth,,etc

i would say try to keep it to the point, simple and in away that can almost go for like a sort of check,,

so pretty much trim the fat and try to keep it straight to the point

Call 'em as I see 'em. It's all jumbled together roughly in order of me noticing it.
Regarding the brief part, in case you haven't noticed, I have problem with formulating my thoughts so that it doesn't take a dozen sentences that usually repeat the same message to get the point across. I mean look at the previous sentence. Case in fucking point.
Plus english isn't my first language, which doesn't help either.

In addenum to the "what's wrong" list:
The tail shouldn't bend that much near the end. It's kinda too thick for that.
Tonic's left arm is farther away, but looks the same size as her right.
And the right arm doesn't add up. It's a mess of lines now, could you possibly rectify that?

>>29891326

This is a My Little Pony board, where people post My Little Pony fanfiction. If you're taking a writefag general seriously and personally enough to call someone a traitor, I honestly think you should reevaluate the amount of time you spend on this board.
>>29891827
>People wonder why this guy doesn't want to write here.
I don't blame him. I'd not be against him staying, but I wouldn't want to write here with the amount of shitposting going on either.
>>29891950
The reason that this thread is dying is due to an influx of shitposting, and a lack of interest/feedback from readers. That is of course, right up until people start leaving for another general, and *then* people decided they're interested all of a sudden.

I'd rather write here than ptfg, but most of us see no future in this thread. That is why most of us are leaving.

We'd all rather stay here, but as we see it, it doesn't look like the best place to contribute to. It's turned from a comfy general into a fucking barge-fire.

If Kolaghan, Mage or Punki want to write in other generals it's ok I don't know why some people are screeching about that, this is a free board where everybody has the right to do do what isn't breaking the rules.

Honestly, I don't get it why people are screeching in general Don't get me wrong, I'm not from ptfg about merging the thread together to start a "Transformation General" Maybe?

Aren't we all here to read/write some comfy green?

Shit I sound like one of these MERGE WITH PTFG REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It doesn't matter who shitposts.
What matters is that this thread is silent.
We barely had some discussions, people tried to force our writefriends ,and again it doesn't matter who it was, if shitposter or not we barely gave them feedback I know this is useless now but I always thought I should give my feedback
I don't know why... I guess I didn't want to break the spirit with some bad critic and say goodbye to my beloved green?
.

What is it? Do you people have no interest in these greens? Maybe there are just a 2 or 3? Are they afraid to say something? Why is there no discussion?

Now that everything seems to die in this thread you guys could be honest. Why?
>>
Enough shitposting, let's get some green.

>The cold winds bite through the furs you're wearing and into your thin coat underneath
>If it wasn't bone, your horn would likely have frozen off by now, sticking out as it was
>The gryphons didn't seem too bothered by it, dressed much more light than you
>They were probably better adapted to the freezing environment than you were
>A tremor reminds you of your gigantic companion as well
>He didn't seem too bothered either, but then he always had given off a bit of warmth
>But the pace he set left little time for cuddling, and less for sleep
>You are Tremble, a week into what the gryphons had called 'The Grand Migration'
>Migrations were usually concentrated Southward, but you had wisely decided to simply let the name slide
>They were kind enough to heap you with furs when you'd asked after all
>It hadn't been an easy journey though
>The dragon, Agon, seemed tireless and you'd been awoken in the morning many times to him nudging you, seeming restless to continue
>He'd let you ride on him for some of the trail, and had even seemed to offer rides to the gryphons
>The gryphons had of course refused, seeing such a thing as beneath Agon to even offer
>Over the course of the week, the host that had started on the journey dwindled to a mere sixteen
>Many had left when you had passed through villages on the way North, returning home you'd assumed
>They'd given promises to erect idols and sing the song of Agon Star-Eater, as they'd taken to calling him
>Others had parted at different crossroads and camps, until all that was left was King Gunnar, his wizened elder gryphon, thirteen of the king's elite warriors, and Yngi, the old gryphon from the first village
>>
>>29892806
>You were past the last and smallest villages now, so it seemed they were here to stay
>The most scenery you passed by now were totems placed along the road
>All of them faced towards the growing mountains, which now near blocked out the sky
>Wards against evil, you'd been told
>But when you'd asked what kind of evil, they had avoided the question, changing the subject immediately
>Though they held you in high regard, apparently this subject was simply not to be spoken about
>Despite the occasional gaffe, you'd found yourself being drawn further into their society and customs
>At one point you had even tried some jerky the gryphons brought along
>You'd begun letting your mane grow wilder, adopting small braids decorated with small ornaments
>Yngi had been introducing you to a great many customs as well, and after a great deal of badgering you'd given in and allowed her to paint gryphon runes on your face with ashen pigment
>After looking at yourself in a still lake, you decided you quite enjoyed the pony you had become
>No longer were you the aloof, scholarly pony that you had been months ago
>Nay, this past few months had radically changed everything about you
>You'd never thought you would ever be the kind of pony to befriend an ancient dragon, take this perilous journey without knowing where or when it would end
>And even going so far as to defy the princess of the sun herself
>What a strange being you had become, you could no longer call yourself a mere pony
>No, you had truly become what Yngi had called you so long ago
>You were truly the Drekivord now, the wife of the dragon
>A crunch beneath your hooves draws your attention away from your reflection to the moment at hand
>You look down and notice the otherwise snowy landscape has given way to a crust of grey ash
>You gallop up to Yngi, eager to find out exactly where you were now
>>
>>29892812
>”The base of the fiery mountain, vord. Though it has been sleeping for many years now.”
>You narrow your eyes at the statement
“You mean a volcano?”
>Yngi nods and gestures to the dark clouds that obscure the gargantuan peak directly in front of you
>”That is correct. This is the great Drekifell, the Dragon's Mountain in your tongue. A thousand winters past, it covered this land in liquid fire, burning our villages and fields, smothering everything in its molten embrace. It was the final vengeance of the dragons, and what finally pushed us to the South.”
>Yngi looks back towards where you had come from, almost wistfully
>But almost immediately, her eyes grow wide and fearful
>You follow her gaze to find exactly what she was looking at
>A sudden bolt of lightening blasts from the gathering thunderheads, illuminating the silhouettes of dozens of bat-winged figures
>And at their head, a figure twice their size with wings spread wide enough to cast a shadow on the ground below you
>A look up shows you that Agon has noticed as well
>And on his draconic visage, rests a vicious grin

If it's any consolation I haven't left yet. I totally get why Punki and Mage are moving, and support it. But- I'm not going to move my dragon stuff there. I could quit writing dragons but I don't want to. Last night Punki and I came up with a funny little one off I want to start. Part of me thinks I might as well post it here. I've been bouncing between leaving or staying- and if posting here is worth it, and seeing genuine stuff like this pushes me towards wanting to keep posting here. Maybe it's mostly me not wanting my dragon stuff over there, maybe not. I dunno. Things still are kind of up in the air.

Even if you are a /ptfg/ faggot, at least you're less obvious and much less annoying. Either way it's an improvement.

Basically, the thing about the merge is that this thread is all about the dragons. In /ptfg/, however, they will at best be a side gig, at worst - a sore thumb sticking out among the pony transformation greens.
They had all the time in the world to change to "Transformation General", but they didn't. And, shitposting aside, there ARE people who'd like to keep /ptfg/ if not pony-only, then at least mostly-pony, that may or may not include bullying writers into writing more "related" stuff.
Plus I helped nurse this thread in it's infancy and have a certain degree of emotional investment in it. It's not the first and it won't be the last, but it still hurts just as bad every time it dies.

>Do you people have no interest in these greens?
Like hell I don't have any interest. I read each and every green posted here.
>Why is there no discussion?
We're recovering from our little shitstorm and friendly game of "fling a dung" with /ptfg/.
>Now that everything seems to die in this thread you guys could be honest.
The patient is still alive. In agony and begging to let him die, but alive. We might need more morphine this time.
>Why?
I still stand by my opinion, and some would call it it's own brand of shitposting which is fair enough, that /ptfg/ shitposters contributed to the thread's decline.
They may not cause the fatal damage, but little by little they poisoned this place. Not that it excuses any of us going apeshit, but we had a good reason for it at the time, or so we thought anyway.
I insist on this particular conspiracy theory simply because I saw it before, and it's more likely than one would initially think.

Now if I can be excused, I have a fresh green to read.

Nah, it was a minor hitch, especially compared to what we faced recently, but it wasn't that bad. More like an identity crisis, whether or not should we continue making threads or just let it slide off the board, not with a bang but a whimper, and migrate to /ptfg/. We thank goodness elected to trudge on and have been going fine until very recently.
We're not dead just yet and may actually recover, especially if the tidal wave of shitposting subsides and it feels like it's starting to

>Why can't we just say Dragons for Dragons and Pony's for Ponys to end this shitstorm war?
As I said, it's all about the main topic of the thread. Here there be dragons, /bug/ is changelings and etc.
On the flip side, having more generals means having less "Hi anon!", "What kind of mare would boop herself?" and "Hey guys, it's me Nyx!" threads popping up.
>>
>>29892962
/ptfg/ has always been broader than just ponies. Their OP has made that explicit for a few years. Nothing wrong with having a specialist dragon TF thread of course. There's still a decent amount of content for it. But if it does start to die out that's when you should merge rather than letting it fade into obscurity as happened with the precursor to this general a couple of years back.
>>
>>29893216
They still call it PONY transformation general, and that's the problem.
That's a surprisingly fertile ground for "pony-only, lizards/'lings/griffons/d-dogs/%race_name% gtfo my thread" shitposting.
Until the officially admit it and change to just "transformation general" there's no point in going anywhere. No one prohibits them coming here to read the dragon greens.
>>

>pony-only shitposting
That's a phenomenon which never occurred there until desperate children from this thread, terrified of being abandoned by 'their' writers, showed up.
>>

>>
>>29893216
I agree with this entirely, but I also see where this Anon is coming from as well >>29893258. The main reason emphasis is put on ponies is to avoid it from becoming too distanced MLP, which would cause it to get scruffed.

I don't think there's some kind of mighty need for the threads to merge, but if the writers want to leave then let them. That's capitalism, baby. The writefags are paid in attention, and if they feel that they get more elsewhere, then they're free to leave. Like a baseball team moving to a different city to get a more lucrative deal on a stadium or something. Their departure with create a gap in the thread. That gap will either cause the thread to collapse inwards, or give new writers a chance to squeeze into it and establish themselves in the green vacuum.

Lack of any feedback is what is driving people away, and everyone is sick of the shitposting.

It's sad, because a lot of us really enjoy writing here. It just sucks when you're writing to feel like nobody is even reading.

I think Mage(?) (Pls no bully, could be wrong about it being you who said this) put it best with "we're just throwing things in the air hoping that someone's reading them" and I agree.

It's discouraging, and a lot of the writers feel like nobody is reading their stuff.

The answer to saving this thread isn't to give the illusion that we're busy with a fuck-load of off-topic discussion. No other general works like that.

Discord was (and still is) useful for us to talk on. If you go and check it out, you'll see for yourself. We mostly shitpost about YouTube videos, and ask for feedback on unfinished shit that we don't want to share in thread because (((spoilers)))

Discord is not to blame for the downfall of this thread.

Not to shit on your parade, but do you three pillocks Why do I feel like I'm watching Top Gear? honestly believe that it will be any different in /ptfg/? I mean, sure there are more people in there. But most of them, shitposting aside, are not that much interested in dragons. No, they may not openly tell you to fuck off and we /may/ have stirred the shit a little bit to get you to stay here, but they won't care about what you're writing as long as it's not what they want. And, usually, all they want is to read about someone becoming a pretty mare in hopes of same thing happening to them someday.
Here you have a thread dedicated to something you write, there's always someone here who'd catch what you threw in the air. You are about to leave it for a thread where you will be a sideshow at best, and nuisance at worst. I can't force you to stay, but I implore you to at least give it a good thought before you make your choice, possibly killing this thread for everyone who decided to stay.
>>
>>29898237
If the Discord didn't exist, you wouldn't see much a massive spike in relevant conversation here. The Discord, as we've said many times, is for off topic conversation and spoiler talk mostly. I personally wouldn't put either of those on the thread, and I think most of us feel the same. The Discord doesn't take away from conversation here purely because I dont think this thread should be filled with "there's some crazy dude outside my window" or YouTube videos. Most on topic stuff was kept to the thread and simply was not replied to. I can only think of a couple times where something in the discord could have gone on the thread and didn't, and usually that was direct questions somebody had for someone else- and in the Discord it's easier to ask a question like that. Even then it's few and far between.

Besides, if we hypothetically were keeping all of our on topic conversation on the Discord. Would moving it to the thread do anything but cause the illusion that the readers are lively? It wouldn't change the fact that this thread has very little readers wanting to say something. Saying the Discord causes silence here is just a way to push blame off of you by saying "Oh! You talk in the Discord so you don't talk here!", especially if you haven't seen the content of the Discord chat itself.
>>

Mage has posted his most recent updates on the ptfg, and it's gone well. People are talking, asking questions, expressing interest, things this thread doesn't want to do. Yes, because it is. See >>29885619 and >>29893347.

We actually get feedback over on /ptfg/, and Mage is proof that some of us could survive over there. Even if I'm not one of them, I'd rather see this thread die, and have the best writers of the thread stick around writing green that they enjoy writing, as opposed to sitting in the silence of /dtfg/ with their thumbs up their assholes.

I'd rather we were a sideshow than a no-show, and right now, that is just what we are; A no-show.

I'd rather someone read my stuff and disliked it, and told me they disliked it, as opposed to writing into thin air and getting no feedback what so ever from the people who *might* be reading.

/ptfg/ delivers, /dtfg/ doesn't deliver.

>Where is this?
>”Who is this?” probably doesn't fit too well.
>You'd probably chuckle a little.
>Not a happy chuckle, a very awkward chuckle.
>The kind you make when you try to break the tension but know you can't.
>>
>>29899680
>A memory flashes.
>Or more like the fragment of one.
>Yelling.
>No visuals, nothing distinct.
>Just yelling.
>You'd be annoyed if it weren't the first noise you've heard in ages.
>What you /think/ has been ages.
>The yelling continues.
>You can't quite make out any words, but you can hear the emotions behind them.
>Fear, sorrow, anger…
>Is that sobbing you hear?
>You hadn't forgotten what crying sounds like, but hearing it now did throw you off.
>It's like when you're reminded of something from your childhood.
>All your thoughts and memories about it were hiding below the surface.
>Only now are they bubbling back up.
>Crying has never sounded so pleasant, you practically cling to it.
>You need it in a way, it's breaking away from your solitude.
>But it doesn't stay for long.
>And you're alone again.
>Another flash comes, you see a familiar street.
>Not too far from your apartment, if you take a left you'd be at your favorite diner.
>You'd probably smile a little if possible.
>The image doesn't move.
>It's just a frozen still of the street.
>Gives you more time to look it over, really study it.
>It doesn't take long for you to find yourself.
>The moment you do, your perspective shifts.
>It's a street level view, probably your POV.
>This actually lines up with your last memories.
>You walking down the street for dinner.
>But now you notice something extra, something you didn't remember.
>In the distance, just in your field of vision, there's a big black van.
>Why you're so focused on it, you don't know.
>But it's drawing you towards it, to analyze it.
>While studying the vehicle, you notice the tires seem to be pointing to your right, if only slightly.
>Towards the sidewalk.
>>
>>29899698
>Then it's over.
>Not just the flash of memory, but all of it.
>You're somewhere now.
>Looking around, you aren't sure where though.
>The ground is rocky and hot, devoid most plant life.
>Breathing in for the first time fills your lungs with a dry, hot air.
>High above, the sun beats down with unrelenting vigor.
>Not a cloud dares show itself to challenge the sun’s rule.
>Your body feels odd, not at all how you remember it.
>A part of you wants to jump up and check, but you can't bring yourself to.
>The most you can manage is moving your head around.
>But something is not quite right.
>That's when you hear a voice.
>It sounds stunned, but excited.
>”S-she's awake!!”
>>

Sorry I would like to ask, what was the other idea that you scrapped?

>>29899709
The best I could say at the moment is that I am intrigued. I'd prefer to wait a while to see how things go before I really put out any critique.
Just saying though if there was something that was bothering me I would have said it. But I didn't. Its good.
>>
>>29899987
Anon from a dystopian society winds up taking a shady bargain to gain "freedom". I adoted some minor ideas from it, but scrapped the main idea overall.
>>
You want criticism? By god, you gonna get it this time.
>>29899709
It's taking forever to get to the action, mulling over and over the a bit overdescribed and possibly slightly exaggerated feels.
Don't try to stretch things, because it will show no matter what and it won't be pretty. Trust me on that one.
And also don't overcomplicate or oversimplify descriptions and the writing itself.
Finally, "point of view" is usually much more preferable to "POV" and doesn't sound so... official?
>>
>>29900450
Thanks for the feedback. I agree that stretching out things is bad, but I don't want to rush anything. I tried to get most of this slow, more closed off stuff out in this initial post so I can get right into the goods. I will keep in mind pacing because sometimes a slow burn isn't the best burn, and I don't want things to drag.
>>
I want to cum inside DWK
>>
>>29900520
Not to be rude, but it does drag on a bit.
Might I suggest sprinkling down more "sparks of memories" in a similar situation? Nothing grand, just a short flash basically.
It's like in drawing, it seems, there is the "complex" content and then there is a sort of a "resting space" for the eye. Except it's the mind's eye with writing, I guess.
>>
>>29900569
Genuine critique isn't rude my friend, I completely see where you're coming from. That scene is done, and I don't think I'll be doing a scene exactly like it again, but if I do something introspective again, it'll definitely be more brief, or at least have more meaningful content in it.

Hey, remember that story with the robot dragon? Not dead, just busy.

>The Doc leads you through pony town until stopping in front of a large tree.
>Made of crystals.
>Towering over every other building and appearing a little out of place.
>How is it that you only noticed this as you got closer?
>He knocks on the door while you’re more focused on the sheer scope of this thing.
>This doesn’t exactly seem normal by pony standards
>Then a purple pony with wings *and* a horn answers
>Do genetic defects justify royalty too?
>You’re not even paying attention to what they’re saying.
>The fact that this is just swept under the rug is leaving you stunned.
>Then again, this is normal.
>Bringing up Earth doesn’t sound like a bad idea right about now.
>It’s then that you notice the purple winged and horned princess staring at you at eye level.
>Her horn is glowing as she looks to be staring into your soul.
“Hello there.”
>She falls back. Something tells you she didn’t expect you to be able to talk.
>“This is amazing! And you say he’s fully sentient?”
>The doctor puffs out his chest and smirks.
>“Why yes he is! Some of my finest work yet!”
>“No signs of magic, fully mechanical, crystal power source. I didn’t think this would be possible *with* the help of magic!”
>The smile on her face is massive. Cartoonishly so.
>“Can I let him stay here for a while?”
>“Well I mean, there were a few modifications I was going to work on.”
“I’m right here y’know.”
>“Right, of course.”
>“Sorry, forgot you’re actually sentient.”
>If you ever get to your uprising, she goes down first.
>>
>>29903639

“I’d rather stay in the lab for a while longer. I don’t know how long my battery lasts before I uh.”
>The thought of it makes your gears rattle a bit.
>“Yes, as you can see, Bifrost is still in need of a proper power source. We only just got one working a few minutes ago.”
>The princess’ expression saddens from this news.
>Wow, she must have been pretty excited to study you.
>You walk up to her and extend your claw.
“We’re going to be seeing each other again. Mind telling me your name now instead of later?”
>”Oh right! I am Twilight Sparkle, princess of friendship!”
>Princess of friendship?
>*Friendship?*
>She sounded so proud of herself!
>Don’t laugh, this is probably a really big deal and she’s an actual princess.
>Don’t laugh in the face of royalty that has dominion over a social concept.
>>
>>29903643
>>Don’t laugh, this is probably a really big deal and she’s an actual princess.
>>Don’t laugh in the face of royalty that has dominion over a social concept.
He's gonna laugh isn't he? He's gonna rattle himself apart laughing.
>>
>>29903643

“I’ll be seeing you around, Princess Sparkle.”
>God that sounds even cheesier being said aloud.
>You could swear something was gonna fall off from how much you were shaking.
>Keep that laughter contained Frost, we’re being formal now.
>”Oh, no need to be so formal with me. Twilight works just fine..”
>She took it as nervousness.
>The clueless mare.
>Hopefully you get used to this naming convention.
>Princess Sparkle sounds like something from a line of little girl’s dolls.
>“Well we really must be going. Don’t know how long we can go without a proper generator!”
>“Alright. It was nice meeting you Bifrost. I can’t wait to see you again.”
“Same to you.”
>If she opens up any part of you, you’re both going to find out if you can breathe fire or not.
>The walk back leaves you feeling a lot more tired than you remember.
>Your movement is starting to slow and you feel your gears clicking more than usual.
>Upon arriving, you plug yourself in and lie down on the table.
“Do you have any ideas for a better battery? I don’t think I was even out too long before I needed this thing again?”
>The doctor goes towards a back room as the sun begins setting on this day.
>“None at the moment. Unless I can find something that holds energy more efficiently or generates power, this is the best I can do.”
“Alright. I can make do with… thirty minutes off a plug?”
>It really isn’t that much, but you can make it work.
>This is a small town after all.
>>
>>29903723

>The doctor yawns as he stands by this extra room, which you assume is his bedroom.
>”Sorry, but I’ve been quite busy with getting you functional. I don’t think I’ve slept for the past few days.”
>Wow. A few days and he made a sentient steampunk sci-fi abomination that works?
>That’s pretty impressive for a pony. Better than what most scientists could do back home.
>Right. Home.
>You’ll uh, talk about that later.
“Oh it’s fine. Thanks for y’know, building me. I can’t imagine that was easy.”
>“My pleasure. You are quite the wonder after all.”
“Yeah yeah, scientific pride and joy and all that. Go get some sleep already.”
>”Goodnight Bifrost.”
“G’night doc.”
>And off he trots for the night.
>Now comes the issue. Do you even sleep anymore?
>>
>>29903733
That's all for now. I'll hopefully be picking up some sort of pace with this as things get less busy.

Really? Just ignore them, or put it on /ptfg/, or something. You expended time and effort to write it, and you're going to throw that away because some moron said some dumb shit a full business week ago? You realize that you're going to die someday, right? The time you put into that story is gone now. Unless the pure act of writing it was enjoyable on its own, that time is wasted if nobody reads it. That's time that could have been spent doing something meaningful, like writing a graduate paper, or talking someone off a ledge, or teaching a child to appreciate the natural world and science, or jacking off to pony porn. If you don't post it, that autist has stolen possibly hours of your short life, like some kind of shitty internet succubus. Don't let him get away with that, Anon.

More Reflection.

>Faintly, you heard gravel stirring behind you.
“You’re pretty good.”
>You turned right around, panic setting in.
>A police officer was standing there, completely calm and professional, like he’d been there watching you this whole time.
>You dropped your energy drink and it gurgled, spilling its contents over the gravel.
>”How’d you get up here?”
>You asked, your voice muffled by your gas mask.
>The cop stuck his thumbs into his belt loops and stepped closer to you.
“Just asked for the key and walked up the stairs.”
>You saw it now, there was a rope ladder over the ledge behind him.
>He must have climbed out of a window below, since the staircase to the roof was blocked.
>But that didn’t matter.
>First, you would be complacent.
>You tried to relax, breathing as normally as you could through your mask.
>It was difficult, the cop had a certain look to him that didn’t bode well for you, with smart blue eyes and a well pressed uniform.
“Why don’t you take off the mask? I’d like to have a chat with you.”
>Your eyes narrowed, if the cop noticed, he didn’t show any sign of it.
>As collected as ever, the officer moved to the left of you and took a seat on a rusty barrel.
“Touchy about it eh? Your choice of wall isn’t what I’d expect from someone this shy.”
>Oh good he was a “Better the neighbourhood” kind of guy.
>This wouldn’t be straightforward, but at least you didn’t have to worry about getting your ass beat if you failed an escape attempt.
>You focused on your surroundings instead of the police officer, weighing paths of escape against each other.
>Finally, your eyes fell on the rope ladder the cop had brought.
>But only for a moment, you looked away from the ladder as soon as possible.
>Thankfully, he was far too distracted with his preachy little speech about where you should put your art to catch on.
>>
>>29907533
>You started to smile.
“-lost count of how many times we’ve tried to catch you now. It’s getting old. We’ll supply cans of paint for you, and you can put up a new piece above the station on a canvas whenever you get in the mood.”
>Rolling your eyes, you dashed to the rope ladder, being sure to flip off the pig before jumping from the building.
>The cop hollered, seeing you hurtling over the side, but you grabbed hold of the rope ladder in front of you immediately.
>With a quick jerk, you hauled the rest of the ladder out from the window.
>Using your hoodie sleeves to protect your hands from the rope burn, you slid down the whole length of the ladder, about three floors below.
>You maintained your speed and put it into swinging from the ladder, straight through the second floor window.
>Your shoulder banged against the window frame a touch, but you were otherwise unscathed, crouching in the dusty and abandoned office.
>You could hear the cop upstairs speaking at a frenetic pace into his talkie, calling for no less than three other officers to assist him.
>The smile that had been growing on your face formed into a toothy grin.
>Surging with adrenaline, you sprinted across the empty office and practically threw yourself down the stairs, taking each flight in a single bound.
>You were approaching the entry hall when you heard voices.
“Over here, he has to come out through here if he’s taking the stairs.”
>Your movements changed immediately.
>Silence was king,
>You walked upon the balls of your feet, rather than upon your entire foot at once.
>With a low stance, you continued into the entry hall, eyes peeled for police.
>Backup had arrived, but it was only one extra officer.
>Too bad, four at once would’ve been more interesting.
>They were covering against your escape pretty well though.
>The new one was watching the emergency exit while Mister Rodgers from the roof stood by the main entrance.
>>
>>29907537
>You watched both of them from behind the reception desk, keeping track of who was looking where, and when.
>Eventually you saw a chance arise.
>Just as soon as they were both looking in the same direction, and away from you, you sprinted.
>Each footfall was like feathers landing on a carpet and you held your backpack tight to yourself so that your cans didn’t rattle.
>But, all eyes were still on you as soon as you pushed open the double doors to get outside.
>You dodged around the neighbourly policeman when he dived for your legs and kept on running.
>The sun was shining on your back, lighting the clear path to the dark sprawling alleys of the city ahead, where you could disappear.
>Freedom was in hand.
>Your strides were long and swift, every movement was in perfect sync, more akin to a wild animal than a person.
>You exploded with laughter and peered over your shoulder at the cops chasing you.
>Their pace was practically glacial in comparison to yours and it just made you laugh even harder.
>You crossed the road and entered the city proper while the cops lagged in the parking lot, feeling sheltered in the shadows of the glass and stone high-rises all around you.
>Moving fluidly, you made your way through the bustling mob of the morning commute, casually stowing away your gas mask while you were at it.
>You grabbed a scarf from your hoodie pocket and covered your face with it.
>A quick check behind you revealed the two officers had already lost you in the crowd.
>They were both doubled over, panting on the sidewalk and looking around in vain.
>You smirked and slowed your pace.
>Jogging now, you took a left down one of your more familiar alley-
>Suddenly, you were staring up at the sky with an awful ringing in your ears and a dreadful pain building in your fore head.
>You just realized you’d been punched in the face.
>A burly, mustachioed police officer towered over you, with another officer standing beside him.
>”Oh.”
>>
>>29907548
>You tried to laugh, but you wound up settling for a pained grunt before lying flat on your back.
>You could feel blood running from your nose, your breaths were pained.
>Your vision dimmed, and was extinguished.
>”There really were three other cops…”
“And then I woke up in the hospital ward.”
>You blinked a few times, pushing back against the draw of Columba’s memories.
>She was watching you closely, judging your reaction to her story.
>A soft smile appeared on your face, and you spoke.

Done. Hope you have a good night dragon bros. I'll be around.

>It was a dark and stormy night. The type of night that would kill most things, the type of night that Dragonlord Torch loved the most.
>The rain was as heavy as hail and the clouds were shining purple as incessant lightning struck everywhere it could.
>On a night like this, Torch would normally fly out to the heavens and challenge the sky itself to strike him with everything it had, but he had other obligations...
>His daughter: the young Princess Ember, was quietly playing in the corner of their massive cave. Trying on the gold jewelry and armor that was strewn about in Torch's colossal pile of treasure was one of her favorite pass times.
>Torch watched with pride as she pretended to battle countless enemies with a golden scepter.
>She was far too small and far too young to be braving the torrential storm outside, his fun would have to wait for another day.
>Though her size and strength more closely mirrored her mother, much to Torch's disappointment, she still brought him great pride with her cunning and intelligence. Maybe it was time to tell her the story of the dragons...
>Torch bellowed out, taking his young daughter's attention from her game.
"Ember! Come, sit with me, I wish to tell you the story of our people!"
>Ember immediately dropped her scepter and came running with excitement.
>She knew that the story of the dragons was a rite of passage, something parents tell their young when they feel they're old enough.
"Wow! You mean it daddy, am I really old enough?!"
>Ember shouted, almost as loud as Torch.
>Torch sits himself down by another pile of treasure and grabs a rather large and old looking book.
>He slams it down in front of him and opens it.
>Ember quickly climbs on top of her father and rests on his arm as the other arm flips through the book to the correct page.
"Ah, here we are! The story of Nuut, The God-Dragon! The story of our people!"
>Torch began reading aloud, and Ember followed along in the book and admired the illustrations.
>>
>>29909447
>'And so it was, Father Time came into being and along with him, Mother Nature and Sol, The gods of life and light.'
"Wooow!"
>Ember exclaims as she takes in the large picture of the universe being created by the three monumental figures.
>'With the universe, lesser gods were also born and given dominion over their respective areas, one such god being Nuut, the first dragon. So large was he, that he eclipsed entire stars. So powerful was he, that he was even considered to be on the levels of the Three for a time, but such power comes with a cost.'
>Torch flips the page to reveal a centerfold picture of Nuut, sporting a raging hard-on.
>'Nuut was the only one of his kind, he was not compatible with any of the other gods, and this made him very lonely...'
>Ember lets out a hushed 'woah' as she examines the image.
>'One day, Nuut was urinating in a nearby star system when Sol, the god of light, happened upon him.'
"Oh shit, I'm sorry." Exclaimed Sol.
>Nuut's reply was quick.
"Sorry for what? Father Time taught us not to be ashamed of our dicks, especially since they're such good size and all..."
>Sol found his eyes wandering down.
"Yeah, I can see that...Father Time gave you good advice."
"It gets bigger when I pull on it..." Nuut continues.
>Sol gives a hum of approval before Nuut resumes talking.
"Sometimes, I pull on it so hard, I rip the skin..."
>Sol frowns, saddened by his friend's misfortune.
"Well, Father Time taught me how not to rip the skin by using a planet..."
>Torch pauses for dramatic effect.
"Well?! Did he show him?! Ember shouts.
"He was /right/ happy to, Ember! That's how dragon kind was born! Nuut released all of his hopes and dreams into our planet here, and we were born from the chaos!"
>Embers eyes lit up as the rest of the story fills her head with wild fantasies, and she runs off to continue playing.
>She now knows the origin of her people, and she will do them proud in time...

What if a pony turned into a dragon? Why does it have to be human to dragon?

“You have a bright passion for this art of yours Columba. Although it is a crime, you know.”
>You are Columba, and Princess Celestia winked at you when she said that.
>You sincerely hoped that wink was a subtle way of saying “haha you are a prolific criminal from another planet but I’m not actually going to send you to the dungeon or anything like chill out bro”.
>Celestia giggled.
“Quite accurate my dear dove. With a little vocabulary change perhaps.”
>The blush had already creeped up your cheeks when you turned your head away from the Princess.
>Right, you’d forgotten about the mind reading…
>Out of nerves, you pushed your fingers into the carpet rhythmically, from index to pinkie and back.
>A just audible ripping sound could be heard and instantly you jerked your hand off of the carpet like it was on fire.
>”Oh shit!”
>Princess Celestia’s right eyebrow jutted up so high it disappeared into her hair.
>Her voice had that clippy tone a mom would get when you found a most creative way to irk her.
“Please do not curse so loudly in my chambers, Columba.”
>”R-right sorry about that, got a little excited. And… sorry, I ripped your carpet.
>Celestia nodded, then smiled at you again.
“I accept your apology Columba. As for the damage…”
>Craning her neck towards you, Celestia peered down at the four holes you’d punched through her luscious purple carpet.
>Her horn glowed, and right before your eyes you watched the carpet stitch itself back together.
>You shook your head in disbelief, you’d probably never get used to magic.
“Easily repaired. In fact, I should be apologizing. My intrusions into your mind are obviously making you nervous, so I assure you that I won’t be doing it ever again.”
>>
>>29919390
>You blinked a couple of times, staring at Princess Celestia.
>She looked genuinely apologetic, with her head bowed and her ears drooping slightly.
>It was such a strange situation that you were baffled, completely.
>In all your life you never imagined you’d be sitting in a castle one day, receiving an apology from a princess.
>You cleared your throat and replied.
>”Apology accepted. If there’s anybody I’d trust to read my mind though, it’d probably be you, Princess Celestia.”
>You weren’t even lying when you said that, and you were extremely possessive of your own thoughts.
>She just… it was so obvious that Celestia didn’t mean any sort of harm.
>To suspect her of foul intentions was like suspecting your mother of putting poison in her homemade cookies.
>And the smile you got back made up for it, if the apology didn’t.
>You didn’t think it was possible, but Princess Celestia looked even more radiant and majestic with that wholesome smile on her face.
>Laughing joyfully, Celestia suddenly extended her wings and pulled you closer with them so she could hug you with her fore legs.
>Full on hug, like, her chest was pressed right up against yours.
>Alright, it definitely was NOT your imagination.
>These ponies liked to get really, really close to each other.
>Celestia whispered into your ear.
“Oh thank you Columba. I was worried you’d resent me.”
>Had your scales always been red?
>Ah, no, that was a full body blush.
>Your brain melted a little, and you stuttered while hugging her back, weakly.
>It felt like three years, but you’d actually only hugged Princess Celestia for about… 20 seconds.
>Celestia’s warm fur just felt so nice that you couldn’t pull away, and the feeling of her heartbeat was strong and soothing.
>Eventually though, the hug did end, and Princess Celestia sat up straight again.
>She blew a stray bit of her mane out her eyes, looking around idly at the room.
>When Celestia’s eyes fell on you again, she giggled, and you couldn’t blame her.

Pretty rude yeah, I wanted to evoke a bit more of the awe that people can miss out on when reading about Celestia, so much so that it borders a teensy bit on high-handed. Which suits this Celestia's intents.
>>
>>29919399
>>29919425
It was nice of you to address the mind-reading. My only complaint is that it feels just a teensy bit forced. The part where Celestia confronted that issue, mind you, not what followed it. Though Columbia is a little bit too acceptant of these matters, but it might be just me being a paranoid and all.

>You were always a fan of storms
>The buildup of tension in the air as the storm clouds gathered
>The first few flashes of light hidden behind the clouds
>The distant echoes of faraway thunder growing louder and louder, as it got closer and closer
>Then finally, the lightning would strike
>Piercing through the clouds, for a brief second, a lightning bolt would fly through the sky, lighting it up like a Christmas tree
>Then the boom of rolling thunder would follow behind
>As your eyes dart from side to side, trying to follow the course of each lightning bolt, you can't help but feel that same strange sense of calm you always get when one of these storms rolls around
>Ever since you were a kid the sound of thunder and the flash of lightning was always so interesting to you
>You never understood why the other kids found them scary
>You always just chalked it up to them being a bunch of pansies
>Either way you ended up making a habit of standing outside anytime there was a storm going on
>More often, than not you'd bring your I-pod along to fill the long empty silences between each lightning strike
>Though if you got lucky the storm would provide its own brand of entertainment
>Like that one-time a while back when the pretentious son of your git of a neighbor brought home an expensive car and blocked part of your driveway
>During a particularly lively storm it got hit by a stray bolt of lightning and crumpled inwards like a bag of crisps
>You went between hysterical bouts of laughter and shock from nearly being hit by one billion volts of God's wrath
>The funniest part was when the pillock had the cast iron balls to blame you for his shitty luck

>Taking another look at the sky you confirm what you were seeing
>Dozens if not hundreds of small bolts of lightning are rippling across the sky like waves and congregating together into a single mass of blue light
>Your feet are telling you to be sensible and run but curiosity as well as fear has you glued securely to the ground
>As the lightning builds even more the wind begins to pick up speed, blowing your earbuds out and leaving your ears exposed to the ever-intensifying crackle of lightning and roar of thunder
>As the sound reaches a crescendo you bring a hand up to one of your temples as a ringing begins to build in your ears alongside of your ears
>Time seems to slow
>The wind forces a tree to bend into the ground
>A few car alarms start blaring off
>Your twat of a neighbour is yelling something at you

>Quickly getting to your feet and turning to the source of the noise your eyes meet with another one of those wooden wolf bastards

>You'd be surprised by your new body even more if you weren't already scared for your life

>Jumping from tree to tree you begin to feel twigs and a few branches breaking against something on your back
>Oh right, dragon
>Flexing your back you try you best to take off

>Scrambling to your feet you find yourself face to face with a steep cliff face
>Looking behind you, you spot the alpha of all alpha wolves barreling down on you
>With flight no longer being an option, literally as well as physically thanks to your wings, you decide you may as well fight
>You are a goddamn dragon after all

>>

>Bringing your hands onto its head as hard as you can you feel a familiar burning sensation passing through you as a flash of light forces your eyes shut
>When the light finally begins to fade you crack an eye open
>Relieved to be alive you're surprised by what you see next
>The giant wolf's body lies in front of you, headless, and with about half of its chest obliterated
>As the body crumbles you look around to try to see where the rest of it went
>You don't spot any sign of the wolf but you do notice a severe lack of ground around you
>Looking around you've ended up in the remains of a shallow crater
>Looking down at your hands you swear you see flashes of lightning spark off them before they fade
>You're also relived to see your I-pod by some miracle survived
>Suddenly feeling dizzy and tired you shake your head and begin climbing your way out
>As you leave the crater and look back on it you can’t help but think it sort of looks like the imprint of a jaw, like something huge just took a bite out of the ground

Ey, I'm not done yet. I'll be picking Dazed and Wonderland back up when I have more time to piss against a wall, but for now, I've been working on a little something-something that acts as a prequel to Equestria 5-0 by Treasure Mage.

Won't have the full thing up tonight, but I'll keep writing it as a continuous story as I go along. Also going to write each part of the story as an open-ended type of deal so other writers can contribute and write their own parts to it as well should they wish to do so.

Without further delay:
>God, you fucking hate train rides.
>You've had a thing about them ever since that cunt glassed you on the way back from Manchester when you were 16.
>Broke the ugly cunts nose for it, so it's at least comforting for you to know that you didn't go down without a fight.
>You are Daze, the most badass dragon in Equestria, and you have decided that your calling in life is to beat the shit out of the general populace, all while on the payroll of the crown.
>That's right, you've decided to become a member of the filth. The rozzers. The cops. Or as these pastel coloured ponies call them "the royal guard!"
>>
>>29921967
>When you went for your first lot of training, every cunt around you was stood there shaking like a shitting dog.
>Wasn't even hard.
>All you had to do was fill out some paperwork and beat the shit out of a few mannequins.
>Your trainer found it especially impressive when you bit the foam ear off of one of them while beating your chest like a silverback gorilla.
>Before getting into all of this, you weren't made aware of something however.
>That something is the fact that you're apparently the first dragon to have ever passed the entry exam, and that's quite a big deal.
>Real fuckin' neat, huh?
>You still think that this set-up is just so they can use you as their token-dragon.
>Fucking Twilight in her stupid voice "Oh mammy celestia! Look! I am so progressive with my army of fucking dragons!"
>>

>Twat.
>Never liked that purple cunt, but she is royalty, and if there's one thing you can respect, it's a healthy monarchy.
>You watch, she'll have a fucking minotaur and a gryphon signed up by next week.
>Diversity and shit.
>Either way, you're not one to complain, or at least not about this subject anyway.
>You're currently sat in this rickety-ass death trap hurtling down the tracks towards either a derailment, or your location.
>You werent aware of this when signing up, because let's face it, who the fuck reads contracts anymore? But you're apparently not cleared to start kicking ass on the streets of Ponyville /just/ yet.
>Apparently, in order to receive your official guard status, you need to head off to the Crystal Empire to meet the head of the royal guard, and get this, no bullshit. His name is Shining Armor.
>Shining
>Fucking
>Armor
>You've been here for quite some time now, but holy fuck, the names of these horses is lost on you.

That's it for the time being. Not a lot, I know, three posts worth is cheap, but I just wanted to test the water with it before pressing on. Continue? Y/N?

>Taking in more of the town you spot them everywhere, unicorns floating objects near them with what must be magic
>Pegasi soaring back and forth across the sky, some of them interacting with the clouds
>Then there are just the normal ponies who just carry stuff in their teeth and shove stuff around with their hooves
>You'd feel bad for them getting the tail-end of the magic pony gene-pool if your mind wasn't freaking the fuck out
>You could deal with turning into a dragon on Earth with people, but this is something else
"Well Toto we're sure as shit not in Kansas anymore. But at least they're not the Amish"
>Shaking your head and giving yourself a slap you head towards the cream and mint ponies, hoping to get some answers
"Excuse me, you reckon you could-"
>"DRAGON!"
>Before you're able to finish your sentence both ponies flee leaving you in a literal cloud of dust
>Clearing your throat you wave away the dust before looking up at the fleeing specks of colour
"Whatever they were probably a pair of carpet munchers anyway"
>Looking around you try to find someone else to talk to
>Each pony you look at though, comically ducks and dives out of your direct line of sight, hiding in their homes or under random junk
>You even saw one pony flatten themselves under a rock
"Wow racist much"
>Muttering a few curses upon their houses you make your way past some of the cowering ponies hoping to find one that isn't a complete pansy
>Luckily you don't have to wait long
>>
>>29925045
>Luckily you don't have to wait long
>After about a minute of walking around your attention is drawn to a voice above you
>"HEY DRAGON!"
>Turning your head up you spot one of the pegasi ponies silhouetted against the sun
"Yes?"
>"Why don't you get out of here before you get hurt?"
>Turning your head down you look around hoping to see some twat recording you
>Not spotting any signs of cameras you turn back to the pony in question
>Taking a closer look you notice her coat is a cyan colour with her mane and tail being every colour of the rainbow
"Ummm, no I'm not doing that"
>You see her nostrils flare at that
>It might be intimidating if she weren't a cute pony
>"Fine then, you asked for it buster"
>With a flap of her wings she begins rocketing straight towards you
>As she makes her approach you notice her bringing back one of her hooves
>She must have been much higher up than you thought as well because she's building up a lot of speed, however all the wind resistance has forced her to squint her eyes
>As a thought occurs you take a step to the side
>Your thought is confirmed as a resounding thud echoes through the town as the small pony plows straight into the ground
>She had apparently just expected you to stay still whilst she dive-bombed you from who knows how high up
>Walking over to the now dazed pegasus you sit down beside her and pat her on the back as she lets out a pained groan
"That didn't work out the way you thought it would huh champ?"
>Mumbling something to herself the pegasus just lazily shakes its head
>"Consarnit Rainbow, I told ya'll we should try to be civil like first"
>Turning your head you spot five more ponies making their way towards you
>There was a white unicorn with a styled purple mane and tail
>Hiding slightly behind her was another pegasus, a yellow one this time with a light pink mane and tail, she looked at you with a mixture of caution, fear, and interest
>>
>>29925053
>Next were two of the normal ponies, the one that had spoken before had an orange coat and a dirty blonde mane and tail
>She was also a literal cowgirl pony what with the accent and then the stetson she wore atop her head
>The other was pure pink and bouncing from side to side like she was made of rubber
>Even the normal ponies are beyond weird here apparently
>Finally, what you assume to be the mightiest pony of this town, was a purple mare with both wings and a horn
>The orange cowpony from before walked up to the both of you taking her hat off as she faced you
>"I'm a might sorry for my friend here, sometime she acts before she thinks"
>Swatting the blue mare with her hat to emphasize her point seems to snap her out of her daze
>"Ow, hey it's not my fault AJ, when I hear a new dragon is rampaging through the town I've gotta step up and do what I do best and save the day"
>"Yeah well BonBon and Lyra were practically hysterical when they told us, and I don't know about you but the town looks pretty un-rampaged through from where I'm standing. You could've very well hurt an innocent dragon with that stunt"
"To be honest she probably hurt herself more than she hurt me with that. Is she gonna be alright or do we need to take her to a doctor or something?"
>"She'll be fine miss; she's recovered from worse before no problem"
>Giving a nod you stand to your full height and turn to the other ponies
>Walking over to the purple one in the middle she straightens herself more as she notices your focus on her
"So would I be right in thinking you're in charge here, whatever you are?"
>"Uh well I wouldn't say... that is to say Mayor Mare really... um but I mean I do have some uh... let's go with yes and no"
>You can't help but chuckle as the mare stutters and stumbles over her words
>Taking a deep breath she brings a hoof to her chest before pushing it outwards as she breathes out
>Flapping her wings she gets to eye level with you and extends her hoof to you
>>
>>29925059
>"My name is Twilight Sparkle, and just for reference I'm an alicorn as well as the resident princess. I can't tell you how relieved I am that you're one of the good dragons"
>Grasping her hoof in your claw you give it a shake as she introduces the other ponies
>"Those two you just met are Applejack and Rainbow Dash, these two here are Rarity and Fluttershy and that's Pinkie Pie"
>Greeting each one you come up short at the end
>"Hey Sparkle, I thought there was a second normal pony"
>Looking around you glance up to see if elbow dropping people from the sky is how they greet people here
>Turning around you spot a cannon pointed directly at you a split second before it fires off a shot of confetti with a bang like a whoopee cushion
>Blinking the glitter out of your eyes you blow the streamers covering your eyes before turning to the pink pony behind the cannon
"SUPRISE! I'm Pinkie Pie and I’m an Earth Pony not a “normal pony” silly, but you already knew who I am because Twilight just introduced me but I wasn't there when you looked because I had to run and get mypartycannonbecausethat'showIgreetnewfriendsjustlikehowIgreetedTwilightwhenshewasnewtotownIalsothrewTwilightasuperfunpartywhenshewasnewsoI'mgonnahavetothrowyouonetoobecauseyou'renewandIcan'tnotthrowaparty ifyou'renew-"
>Thankfully you're saved from any further verbal assault as Applejack shoves a hoof in Pinkie's mouth silencing her
>Mouthing a silent thank you she gives you an understanding nod
>Your attention is drawn back to Twilight as she clears her throat
>"Anyway, there's someone else I think you'd like to meet and I'm sure he'd like to meet you, isn't that right Spi-"
>Cutting herself off mid-sentence Twilight searches the ground around her before turning to Rarity
>"Rarity, where's Spike? Shouldn't he be with you"
>>
>>29925064
>Humming she turns her attention away from her hooves to face Twilight
>"Oh don't worry Twilight, I just had him drop off our gems at the boutique, he should be here any second"
>Right on cue you catch the sound of distant footfalls as this Spike guy makes his way around the side of a building
>Turns out he's a dragon just like you, only he's shorter than the ponies somehow
>Tough break being a manlet dragon
>He's mainly purple with his underside, chest, spikes and eyes being green

>As he makes his way to the group he throws a fist sized emerald in the air before catching it in his mouth and eating it
>You make a mental note that you need to try that sometime
>"Hey guys so what's the big deal you all went running off to?"
>"Spike I'd like you to meet... sorry I never got your name, what was it?"
>Shit you hadn't thought of this, your old name would not fit in with this town
>Seems like they use features of themselves to make names, think think think
>Black scales, black something maybe? no that's stupid
>Lightning seems to be a thing you can do now if that wolf carcass is a sign of anything
>Lightning, thunder, electricity, Tesla?
>Wait that wouldn't work you're a chick
>Maybe just Tes?
>Yeah that could work
>Snapping out of your train of thought you notice everyone staring at you with raised eyebrows
>How long were you thinking?
>Clearing your throat you lean down and offer your claw to Spike
"The name's Tes, good to meet you"
>"Y- you too"
>You can't help but giggle at the blatant lack of eye contact
>Standing up straight you turn back to Twilight
"You got a place we can talk Sparkle, cause I've got a lot to ask"
>Twilight's eyes light up at this and immediately begin nodding and bouncing in place
>"YESYESYESYES, I have so many questions for you too but I didn't want to be rude, but maybe you can answer some of my questions if I answer some of yours?"
>Holding her breath, she looks at you expectantly with eyes like saucers
>>
>>29925069
>How could you say no to something so cute
"I'll try my best but don't expect much"
>"That's fantastic, follow me, we can talk in the library in the castle"
>With that Twilight and the girls begin heading off

That's this update done, now that I've got her in the world the updates are probably gonna start being smaller, I have an idea of some things I want to put in the story to make it interesting but I'm lacking on fine details, either way hope you enjoyed it
>>
>>29924561
I'll probably look in to this to be honest just to make sure I can get some more details in I missed
>>
Well my trial run with ptfg is over. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but it's clear they won't accept me. I'll probably write here again if you all want me to continue
>>
>>29925929
>they won't accept me
you realise it was people from this thread trying to repel you to force you to come back here.
>>
>>29925979
Either way, it was still fucking up the thread, and I don't want to be a catalyst for making a thread shitty

I don't know how many of you kept up with my Wanderer updates over on the other thread, I don't know how many of you care....but do you want me to post them in the next thread? If not, I'll just put em in my pastebin and any interested parties can read them there
>>
>>29930237
I wouldn't mind seeing more, Asmod running a league of evil seems like it has potential to be pretty funny
>>
>>29930237
I, for one, do NOT want them to be posted here. I would, however, like to see more Tonic.
>>
>>29930373
I'm cooking up some stuff for Tonic, don't worry. Can I ask why you don't like the Wanderer? Are you just not interested, are there too many characters to keep track of? I've got some problems with it myself that I'm trying to iron out
>>
>>29930894
Two things, actually.
1. It's main character is based off of a shitposter.

2.It's bland as fuck with nothing happening in it.

I'll have you know the entire story is ironic shitposting in literary form.
It's semi-serious attitude is exactly what makes it good.
>It's bland as fuck with nothing happening in it.
Roman empire didn't crumble in a single day. Give it time.

No but one of these days bud I'm just gonna buy up ALL the FUCKIN lik-er down at the liquor store. And I'm going to drink every last bottle. Cause the shit-quake is comin' Randy. The shit continents are being set adrift, and they're making waves in the ocean. Shit tidal waves. I'm not just going to drink the liquor boy, I'm going to ascend beyond it. I'll drink myself. And once I've drunk all of myself there will be nothing left but the Beast of the Earth, and I WILL be the Dragon. I will make signs, shit signs. Randy bobandy.
