I'd kind of like to ask him how his cartoon went from being staffed by an Emmy award winning team to being staffed by a bunch of newbies just getting their feet wet. I know there'll be some kind of neutral business response like, "Oh well circumstances and opportunities", by some of them complained they could barely do their jobs due to interference.

I don't know what's going on enough to call out an executive at Hasbro like that. For all I know, Frank, who middle-manages at DHX, keeps sticking his dick in projects because he's worried about the DHX brand and wants to be involved. The toy division head of Hasbro may also have a line to the show.

The executive producer likely has the final say, but what I usually find about leadership is that their behavior leads into everyone else's behavior. So maybe Vogel likes to insert stupid things into the show, and since the boss is doing it, all the underlings can do it to. Vogel would appear hypocritical to reprimand people for doing the same stuff he does. It's liable to be a complex interaction involving a lot of people.
