Uni-Twilight. Perfect combination of adorkable and intelligent, neurotic without being grating. Incidentally my favorite of the M6 as well.

Celestia. Based leader and teacher, kind and caring yet with a formidable will and determination to look after her little ponies. Also gives the warmest, softest, biggest cuddles.

Probably bughorses, Cheesequeen included. Zecora would be a close second, but unfortunately she's not had enough time to develop her own real personality. Buggers managed to make a much bigger impact with less time.
