Using PLA.
Nozzle is .4mm
resolution is .2mm on the smaller prints, .4mm for the larger ones, max resolution recommended for this printer is .1 but my god that takes a long time.

Side note: Holly shit I've learned a lot about plastic in the past few days! I've worked with ABS, PLA, TPA and HIPS and each one of them acts completely differently. Hell, different colors of the same material act differently from one another which means you have to take tons of notes about it as you go along so you can perfect it.
For example, this Spyro that was printed came out great. A bit of stringing issues which is either from too fast of a print speed, too low of a temp or too low of a flow or even insufficient cooling. When I printed this same Spyro model with the green filament it had the exact opposite problem. The layers were brittle and certain parts of the model fell apart.
3D printing is more of an art form than I had previously thought. You don't just hit print and have it work. You have to calibrate it perfectly for each individual filament type.

For 3d modeling I'm using Blender which is free but for the slicing program I'm using Simplify3D
Simplify3D costs $150 but I pirated it. I'll be purchasing it soon because it's a really great program and because the newer versions have much better tools for dual extruder printers which the pirated version doesn't have.

I remember reading a while ago that you can modify a 3D printer to injection mold. Dug around briefly and found link related, dunno if you have to pay or not but it seems interesting.
