You know, THAT video. The one that you naively decided to watch many years ago out of curiosity without realizing it would start you down the path to full-blown horsefuckery. May or may not be from the show itself.

This one, sort of. Though I fully realised it was a slippery slope kind of deal.
Here you go.

Mind you, I saw the original before the copyright claim made the opening suck.

It threw so much at me at once and raised so many questions. I had to check out the show afterwards.

At that time i was completely enamored of Fluttershy.
Now I'm quite an hardcore Dashfag. Time can change people.

but I actually decided to watch the show because of a flash game.

I was very confused back then
shed.mov helped probe the waters, but an out-of-context clip of flutters snapping that bear's neck triggered my urges to know what could be inspiring such content/what's going on on children's cartoons nowadays.
The show itself felt so thoughtfully crafted and hearthwarming that I stayed. I should be catching up on the new three seasons soon.

The Moonbase Alpha got me to watch this stupid show and here I remain, trapped forever in hell

I don't know if it's the very first one pony video that I saw, but I'm sure as hell this was the ticket that got my in this ride.

What happened in September.

Literally the video that informed me on the existence of ponies. Hadn't even heard of it beforehand.

>tfw the Skrillex and dubstep meme finally died
It feels great.
Mine was the first goddamn episode. I actually watched it the day it premiered. I was patient zero.
I knew Lauren Faust's work from Foster's and I thought the designs looked cute, plus I love horses, so I watched the fucking thing on purpose.
Sure as hell didn't expect it would lead to all this, though.

Not that I actually had anything to do with the first days of the fandom. It wasn't until the third or fourth episode that I realized other people were watching this show.
The first episode is the first pony video I remember watching. All the pony image macros wore me down.

I was really getting into Two best friends play, so I eventually came across this. I thought the designs of the characters were really cool.
Then I started looking more into it I found this review which simultaneously got me into Pan Pizaa and convinced me to actually give the show a try

In fact, a 1d4chan wiki post started me down this path, but for video, it was Max Gilardi's wonderful parody:

(inb4 wow, so unique story)
Actually got into the show by finding appledash pictures on deviantart. Though they were cute and decided to check out the show, and 4 and 1/2 years later I'm still here.

I think I saw it because TotalCancer posted about it or something like that. It was my first proper exposure to pone and it got me real curious, it looked different from what I've expected from a MLP cartoon - fluid animation, fantasy elements, action moments. Decided to give it a go, was sceptical at first until Twilight's "Tell me she's not...", self-awareness completely sold me on it. And, well, for better or for worse I'm still here.

Some SFM cupcakes vid, followed by a reaction to Smile HD. Wasn't on the ride proper until I found a pone comic and TLT's music
