Haven't watched the videos yet (working on the 2nd one right now) but I can already tell that the fanfic is mega-cringe. Checked out the comments on the last video and noticed how all the comments are positive, with the "newest ones" being 2 months ago. The ratings are disabled too. This seems pretty shady to me.
