Don't read Past Sins. Most stuff that there is to be recommended comes from here, so I'd suggest lurking around the generals a little bit. The common stuff is Anonymous in Equestria, but there's also some stuff over in the Royal Guard Mare Thread. If you're not here for your daily dose of horsecock, stay out of /hhh/ and slap them when they try to raid the Royal Guard Mare Thread.

Fallout: Equestria is a fic that a lot of people are fond of suggesting, but I myself am not particularly fond of it. There's a lot more, some guys who frequent fimfiction should be able to help you out.

Depends on what you're into.
There's anon in Equestria stuff, there's ponies on Earth stuff, there's (my favorite) enslaved pony stuff.

I'd recommend finding something with a character you're interested in, there's no shortage of good stories with just about every character and every genre.
There's even a Fallout story, but it's really, really long.

Vinyl isn't usually given many stories of her own though, so nothing springs to mind immediately. It's one of those cases where a pairing is so strong that most people can't imagine that the two of them aren't always together.
