This is the most relevant thread to ask to... but to at what extent, me being a Rooming House Leader (it is a rented house by me and 4 plebs, but Im the mature one and everybody just pays)

at what kind of equipment level and constant dairy, vegetables, meats, BUT Also equipment/kitchen stuff should I get to make my house a "get a subway like sub" in our house to make it viable to pay for without expending money on shitty kitchen stuff, like buying a shitty microwave oven, or not enough slicers for veggies.

i just wanna make the house easier for everybody to get a sort form of meal

PS, we have a whole oven kit for making quick and cleaning quick cakes and oven baked stuff.

Their bread is essentially what makes a subway taste like a subway.

If you want toasted subs, you'll need to spend a few bucks on one of those turbochef ovens which uses a special method of toasting that makes the bread crispy and the inside soft.

so far I got:
different fleavours of whole meats with a machine to slice it into Deli size slices for everybody.
trays to keep veggies sliced to add them to their preferences.
the bread, I have not much luck. i have not much near by to have varierty, i could tell them to just suck it up, but having a range of bread could help a bit.
ALSO... sauces and dressings, condiments, i got them all

By the way, are you planning on just making ordinary sub sandwiches, or are you trying to replicate the actual quality of subway?

Because if it's the former, it's not that hard to make a sub sandwich.

Not the quality, just variation and trying to order bulk from a local farmer to make more meals of different kinds, soups, pasta, meat sandwiches/burgers... Im aggresive with trying to optimize, but also equipment I need to use and ask the landlord for house modifications.

Variation, I want on my apartment efficiency to make different foods so my room mates dont get fat or die by medical issues, Ive been doing and buying many random shit assets for cooking for many types of food
