There are a few but nothing that does anything really fun like the dragon and horse mods for Skyrim that turned dragons and horses into ponies.
Those were the days.

But Fallout 4 has actual MLP Easter eggs.
There is an abandoned toy company building and in a room, their are a bunch of plastic horses and in one of the terminals, you can read notes someone typed and they actually quoted some direct episode lines and referred to cutie marks.
